Product Description

The product is useful for a wide variety of applications such as metalwork, tool making, engineering, model engineering, wood carving, jewellery, welding, chamfering, casting, deburring, grinding, and Tree Shape Radius End head machining.

The quality of the processing is good, and the finish is high. They are capable of being processed into a variety of high-precision shape molds

The cut of this tree shape radius end shape is 2 3/4" in length, with a 1/4" shank diameter, and a 1/2" cutter diameter, cut at a 1" length of 1".

It is constructed from heat-treated solid tungsten carbide YG8, allowing it to last 8 times longer than HSS tools. It is suitable for machining various types of metals, including steel with a HRC65 hardness.

A transparent plastic tube is used to package the kit for safe storage and protection of the contents

This product does what it is advertised to do

I used it to grind out rotted wood from my deck so that it would be ready for wood filler. It appears to be carbide. takes out a lot of wood without being plugged up. An old toothbrush can be used to clean it afterwards.

The object looks like it's made of tungsten, but I seriously doubt it. It was used to bore out holes for a trailer hitch receiver, and after an hour of grinding, I switched to my dremel, which did a much better job. Do not waste your money. Beware of the buyer.
