In this case, I was surprised that the burr worked as well as it did. Welds remained smooth and clean after it was completed. My expectations were to find a little roughness in the weld, but they were not. While I did break a few teeth, it was the fault of my own. To pull the burr you must push, while I pushed, and to have the right rpms for the burr you must go at the right speed. As a whole, this thing works great, is high quality, and even if a few of the teeth are broken, it still works perfectly.
It has quickly become one of my favorites The grinding of my die grinder will be used to burr the carving surface. This provides a nice smooth surface while also removing the stock quickly.
A great deal of quality has been achieved.
Beautifully manufactured and a great way to cut costs!.
This shank is true to its description, as it is 1/4" long. It has been reported that some less expensive bits which are marketed as 1/4" are really a little smaller and they tend to roll.
The cast iron I was working on had some holes hogged out. With this, it was over in no time at all.
Upon receipt of the item, we appreciated its prompt arrival. I could not have predicted how well it would work. I am still happy to serve you.
