If you're using a corded tool, the 44 7/8" x 1/2" blade will suffice.
For all five blades, my tpi was 18.
No idea. That is one colossal blade. One of the major suppliers would be my first port of call.
I can't think of any reason why they wouldn't.

Other parts of the body were not even welded together. It's difficult to put faith in Amazon.
I suppose these would suffice for some, but here's what I've found: I needed to finish a 6-inch cut. 4 titanium that was 90% done already, i took off my used, but not broken, dewalt blade and put one of these on, it started cutting normally, but 30 eeconds late I understand that titanium is a tough material, but it is also softer than steel. I'm not sure I'll buy another one unless it performs significantly better on steel. UPDATED! br>br> I tried them on steel and they require a slow speed if you want them to last; I blew through two blades before trying super slow, but when I did, they actually cut fast, so high speed appears to destroy the temper on them; my portable saw isn't crazy fast or anything, but apparently it's fast enough to overheat the teeth. So they're an option for me in the future because they're less expensive than Dewalt blades, but if someone borrowed my saw, they'd probably destroy the blade and possibly overheat the tire if they continued.
After a few minutes, every single one of these blades broke. They were all broken at the same time.
The price tag appeals to me until I realize it only cuts a few inches into a 1" steel plate. It snapped in a blazing jolt on the third one, which caught me off guard, and now it's on the last one, which means I'm not buying this brand again. With two saw blades, I cut about 3" on a 1" thick steel plate and about 10" on 1/4" steel flat stock. It was all cold roll steel. Nothing too abrasive, such as tool steel. I discovered that the price is reasonable for the amount of time the bandsaw blades are used.
Band saw blades from Lenox are simply the best. Cuts cool and works well with all metals.
With the Harbor Freight hand bandsaw and table setup in the shop, cutting metal bar, tube, and pipe is very easy. Blades usually last a long time unless an errant piece of metal causes a bind and breaks it. These are excellent blades that are well worth the money.
Cutting steel is an everyday job for me as the owner of a construction company, so we've gone through a lot of portable saw blades. br>Lenox is a fantastic brand that is both durable and cost-effective. Although there are less expensive versions available, you get what you pay for! Keep these in mind. Later on, you'll be grateful.
I've used a Milwaukee porta-cutting machine to cut knife profiles from 80CrV2 steel. It's a good band, with a thin kerf that can cut curves as advertised.
