If you need a 44-inch Portable Band Saw Blade for your saw, click here. 7/8- This blade should be able to handle an inch of material.
Never tried it because it was made for metal and had small teeth, but in a pinch, it would cut it, slowly.
It should be compatible with any saw that uses a 44-tooth blade. 7/8- The blade is one inch long. It was a perfect fit for my Harbor Freight Chicago Electric saw. These blades are fantastic. My saw has been used to cut a lot of steel pipe.

These are incredibly inexpensive - a waste of money blades for cutting saws br>br>I own the best DeWalt saw that money can buy - These were used to cut a 2" square tube with a wall thickness of 3/16ths of an inch. br>br>I was able to make good straight cuts (thanks to the saw) - There were a total of nine. The blades are three. The teeth had been flattened by the third cut (on each blade). They had vanished. br>br>If I have to pay $2 per cut every time I use this saw, I can't justify the cost. br>br>Hopefully, better blades are available.
I recently purchased a new Dewalt portable band saw as well as this set of three replacement blades. Cutting hardened 2 7/8" oilfield tubing with the blade that came with the saw lasted quite a while. Before the teeth on the new blade were completely worn down, it had only completed one cut through 1/8" thick 2" angle iron. It's almost as if the blade hasn't been heat treated at all. I'll be on the lookout for blades made by different manufacturers.
The blade was completely destroyed as a result of this. I turned the inside out of the next one because it was the same as the previous one. That is the first time I've encountered that issue.
We cut pipes and strut with the blades all the time at work. I have three more packages of them because they are such a good deal. Blade breakage hasn't been an issue for us. Make sure your TPI is set to the same thickness as the material you're cutting! It extends the life of your blades and makes cutting easier! I'll buy these again without a doubt.
steel is very hard. I purchased a portable band saw from DeWalt. The saw's blade did an excellent job of cutting through medium-density fiberboard. Because the spares are made of hard steel, I'm basing my satisfaction with them on the fact that I haven't needed them yet - The saw came with the same blade, which continues to happily cut away.
It's not even close to what it came with when I purchased the saw. They're a waste of money; every single one of them disintegrated at the weld.
These plates are a waste of time. I can't believe they got a five-star rating. I purchased this pack a few months ago, and I only used the blade for four cuts before it became dark. I have a Milwaukee bandsaw and will use their blades, so I'll put another blade on and then bladebr>to only last a few cuts.
020- Matrix Ll (3-Inch), Matrix Inch, Matrix Inch, Matrix Inch Pack). This blade is a replacement for the one that came with the Band Saw.
