The product failed after only five months, and Amazon is powerless to intervene

My security system has broken down. I had a locksmith with me at the time. The main assembly, he said, is in good shape, but the interior combination box has broken down. The number 5 isn't going to line up with the others. I asked if there was any way I could make a combination that didn't include the number 5 - He also stated that the 5 must work in order to reset it by entering the OLD combination. I'm in desperate need of a new combination box for the inside of my house. It was put in place in January. In a three-person office, it lasted less than five months. And it's Amazon who's selling it - A product with a standard warranty of at least six months, if not a year - Amazon, on the other hand, only offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I took something away from this experience. NEVER, EVER, EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER It's not enough to have a 30-day return period.

Sturdy, but more parts are required for the set to function properly

Very well done. sturdy. However, it only works with Write style latches. If you don't already have that type of lock on your door, you'll need to order it separately. That bigger latch fitting will have to be cut. Simply adding code for security will not suffice.
