The product I used was around the toilet. Despite bad reviews on products such as this as well as similar products, I bought this item because I figured that no one was using it correctly. It's between removing the old caulking and adding the new one. After steam cleaning everything, using a dryer and literally spending an entire day inside the house, we made sure there was no urine I still failed between before and after applying. It looked beautiful the next day after applying it, using a dryer etc. Two days later, I came in and the entire thing had come off. The result was disappointing. It's possible I could do something differently, but I don't know what it would be. I am going to try a second application with the remaining.

We used this for the bottom of one of our toilets, and it worked Originally, I was worried about flexibility around the curved front of the toilet, but it proved to work well. My hair dryer warmed up the tape as well as the area around the toilet before applying it, and I think that made a difference. Although it was difficult to apply evenly around the entire circumference of the toilet, it worked out in the end.

Despite being easy to install, this product proves to be a little pricey. To cover a small gap between the bathtub and the floor, we positioned it at the bottom of the bathtub. It gets wet when my small children splash or squish it with their hands, and it is tough to peel off.

The ease of use in this was amazing. There are a lot of things I like about this product. I like how it looks, how well it sticks, and how easy it is to use. Applying it can stretch a little, so be careful not to overdo it. There is no doubt in my mind that I would purchase.
