This item is intended for use on chimneys. It's a non-intumescent product, which means it won't expand in the presence of smoke or heat. Because it's non-intumescent, it should work in your smoker, but that's not what it's designed for.
CSA stands for Community Service Agreement. We only know that the fire marshal in Munster, Indiana, approved it.
I wouldn't do it because they'll fall out of favor after a while.
There is no need to use this product for dryer ducts; instead, use aluminum foil tape. This product is not intended to be used as an adhesive; rather, it is intended to be used to close small gaps as a flame retardant.

The material becomes extremely brittle once it has dried. It is difficult to stick to. I'd use a different product next time because I don't see how this Fire Block Sealant can be considered a sealant when it shrinks away from surfaces, causing cracks. This is not a good idea.
Before finishing the basement, we needed to get a framing inspection. Fire-blocking is the most important thing they look for in their area. The inspector commented that I must have done this before after seeing how I completed the FB, which included the use of this product. He said that the job was excellent and that it was simple to implement. Just make sure you don't take too much of the tip off. I seal the tip with a nail, which allows me to return and use it days later.
good.
