Ensure that the diameter of the filament is the same as what you are purchasing. There are two basic diameters of filament that I know of A size of 3mm and a size of A 75mm lens. This device uses 3mm filament, so more filament is used as you draw, refills are more expensive, but kids can draw more durable and robust things (good for coloring). A 75mm lens.
There seems to be no other option than A refill pack of 1 is included with the pen and refill we ordered. I tried it with a 75mm and it did In order to get the best out of the 1., I would like to get a different pen that works with it. Because there is a much wider range of filament options for 75mm.
Unlike most, mine did not arrive in a box packaged like a marketing piece. Unlike most packages, mine came in the type of box used for shipping As I try to find a way to make my nephew's birthday exciting, I am trying my best to make it count. What is in the box or what it does is not evident from what's on the box.

In an effort to find the perfect toy for my niece, my significant other suggested this product, so I did lots of research and bought it I listened for a while, and after a couple hours, I decided that it would be a good read for a more or less normal ten year old who had little experience in the field. It actually seems to be a great time for her! The picture with the smiling kiddo and the completed project to show for it was fun!.
A box from the manufacturer did not arrive with this item. As well as the plastic refills, half of them were missing. Despite the fact that one envelope had 18 copies and the other 16 copies in it, the outside of the envelopes said 24 copies. as if we received something that somebody else used or returned.
There was no official package sent with it. The items were contained in a brown cardboard box. The package does not look presentable as I was hoping to give it as a gift.
With a 3D printer, you can do what you can do with a printer, but at a much lower cost. a manual inside the box that will provide you with ideas on what to make and how to do it. There was only one thing I did not like about it the filament was a bit too expensive, they could have provided more for $20. Fun and great for keeping kids busy for a while, this game is a great choice!.

Very easy to use and a joy to play with and create with! Safety is a highlight of this device, with a nonflammable tip that won't burn or injure your little one. You can easily melt plastic with it, and it melts it consistently. The USB charger is quick enough to charge it
I would appreciate the addition of a small project book with templates and a plastic sheet for tracing onto. In terms of what you can create with a 3D pen, the only limit is your imagination, but having a mental springboard and examples of what can be done is helpful.
These things he has created with the 3D pen are absolutely amazing!.
