A day late is better than no day at all. Seal your 3D printed parts with a coat of clear food-safe epoxy and use them for utensils that will be in direct contact with It's just a quick post to point out the most likely items to forget.
A five-hole golf course is what we need. Please forgive me for being blunt, but I'll give you 5 cm.
There are plus and minus signs on my spool There is a tolerance of 03 for the value.
That's the case for me. Hatchbox is my favorite PLA to work with, my favorite green, and as one of the reviewers (18 photos of original vs counterfeit spools), I have a comparison of real and counterfeit spools. Even though it is frustrating, I often order more than five rolls at once, so if they are counterfeit, I simply send them back and try again in the future. For a backup, we will order the Amazon Basics green, which is very similar to the Amazon Basics, but is of In general, ABs have crossover issues, and they tend to turn brittle WAY faster than HB, even when stored in a dry environment.

It is almost exclusively Hatchbox that we order for our print shop, typically ordering multiple rolls every We have found that counterfeit products are much more likely to come in with the green and black packaging. The other day, I received an order for 5 rolls of counterfeit green filament. This is at least the third time I've seen it within the last month or two. * I just want to make all of you aware, if Hatchbox filament is legit, it will come in a white box, and have a Hatchbox sticker label Hatchbox stickers will be on the box itself, but it will be brown and there will be no identifying stickers. If it is counterfeit, there will be a warehouse sticker saying Hatchbox on the box In the event a brown box is used to hold the spool, you have received a counterfeit spool and should return it. It is my hope that Even though we will continue to try and order Hatchbox since it is the manufacturer that we prefer over others, it is frustrating that this keeps happening A good and consistent print is produced by the filament itself.
I would like to point out that this is NOT a Hatchbox as advertised on the box. Initially I received Hatchbox filament but received something off brand. They sent me a replacement and the second spool was the same off brand. Still, the filament worked fine and I did not notice any problems until I reached about one-third of the way down In the course of printing anything larger than a small page, it jammed and clogged the printer. I thought that perhaps there was a problem with the printer but I cleaned it out and tightened it up. Checked everything and it worked My next print jammed at 40 percent and my next at 60 percent. When I changed to a name brand filament (Hatchbox black, actually), all problems went away. This filament seems to be defective, so I can only guess that something is wrong with it.
The generic roll I received with no brand name did not look like Hatchbox green filament that I ordered. The green box looked like Hatchbox, but it wasn't.
It was explained to me once by a "famous" YouTuber who is well known for their 3D printing expertise that consumers only tangle their filament by doing so. A filament maker claimed that it would not sell filament before it is ready There are tangles. As far as he is concerned, I seem to have made a mistake. The filament roll was placed on the rack, the end of the filament was removed from the binder hole, the tip was cut at an angle, and it was put directly into the channel of the 3D printer. So now I am manually keeping an eye on it while shifting and loosening the tangle every few minutes, hoping that it will stay in place until the print is completed. My only brand of filament so far is from Hatchbox.

I have not used any other brands. I have 6 different colors of filament, and this reel of green behaves very differently. The prints have a rough texture to them, and the filament has a sandpaper-like feel My method is to print the same 2 models with each new reel I get. Every time I print the exact same gcode, I print 4 wagon wheels as one print and a screw top container as the other. Whenever I use a 3D Select Mini, the prints turn out nearly flawlessly. During the press run, the wagon wheels failed to stay on the bed for the first time in the last two months. One of the wheels fell off halfway through and started to spaghettify, so I cancelled half way through. In comparison to the other prints, the screw top container came out ok, since it has a slightly rough texture. In the future, I am unlikely to stop purchasing Hatchbox, but I will most likely be trying out other brands as well. It is also possible to be moist in this particular reel, even though the bag was vacuum sealed and desiccant was present.
I was expecting a box that was the same size as the hatch box packaging, but it was entirely brown. The filament spool didn't have any branding on it, and the spool was different than the others I've received, and the vacuum pack was different as well. My only way to know if I received hatchbox filament is that I have no way of knowing. Even so, I find the printed version to be great and I use it all. As far as the actual quality of the product is concerned, I have no complaints. If I knew what I was buying, I would definitely buy it again.
I have had excellent experiences with this brand across the board for PLA without a doubt. In fact, there are several 3D printers available today. The nozzle temperature of the Reality Ender 3 PRO is as follows 180°C to 200°C A temperature of 210°C (I prefer a temperature of 200°C)
Mattress temperature Temperature tolerance 60°C Time at which listing was said A total of 5 spools stated plus/minus In terms of accuracy, the measurements were taken in 3 seconds and held to the tolerance well*speed The speed I can do is up to 70mm/s, but I can do it as fast as you want
- The quality of the product is good - As soon as the bed is leveled, good adhesion is achieved*-
BOTTOM LINE I haven't had a clogged nozzle yet and my cold pull test showed no debris in my filament
It is good bang for the buck, and I would buy.
I have used a ton of generic filaments and some of them are great, others are terrible. There's no question in my mind that this is my favorite. Do I use it everywhere? There is no. The only time I use this is to print projects that are important to me and that I want to look good. It has no purpose for me, because I only use it for tests and random prints. The speed should be between 215 and 220 This usually costs between 220 and 240, depending on the printer I am using. Nothing went wrong with the printing, it was smooth and free of snags. You can find those on my flashforge creator and Anet A8. I am very pleased with both results. My hatchbox had hatchbox emblazoned on the front, and it did not.
The diameter of the tube is 05mm. You should stay away from him. I rolled one and only one roll of hatchbox pla for this project. All over the place are bulges. A jamming issue is preventing me from using my extruder. A filament varies from 1 to 2. The 65mm to 2 figure shows the size of the lens. The diameter of the tube is 05mm. There is no use at all for this filament!.
