The pointed front area of the mouse sander wears out much faster because it was designed for detailed sanding. As I go, I replace my tabs with mine.
They're velcro, to use another term, because the loops are on the backside and the hooks should already be attached to the sander.
This item is 5-inches long. 3" x 1/4" 3/4". They also have a 4-inch version available. 3-1/4" x 6-1/4" x 6-1/4" x 6-1/4" 3/4". To figure out which one will fit your sander pad, you'll need to measure it.

Because of the low price, it's a good buy, but the hook and loop backing irritates me. I couldn't sand for more than 6 minutes before the sander's pads began to fall off. After they fell off, I couldn't get them to stay on. You'll go through a lot of pads as a result of this. I'm not sure if I'd purchase it again. br>Recent changes: I attempted to complete a small project and ended up using 13 pads for a total area of less than 6 square feet. After 3 minutes of use, the pad was completed and the area was less than 1 sq ft. Only for the first 30 seconds is it effective. I would not purchase this item again. At this rate, if I had a box of the same product with one grit, I'd probably use the entire box to finish my 6 sq ft project.
An oak dining room table is currently being stripped and refinished by me. The sanders' quality and quantity have exceeded my expectations. There are several grits available, which is exactly what I require. I could probably get replacement brand name sanders at a nearby (national) hardware store, but I'm glad I went with this option.
It's difficult to give an honest review because I'm not happy with the sander I bought to use them on. But, in general, I'm happy with the sandpaper and how easy it is to use. It's great that it comes with extra pieces for the sander's tip.
Sanding sheets that worked with my Black and Decker Project Mate sander at a very reasonable price. I'm refinishing several windows for a customer and quickly ran out of my original sanding sheets. These are just as good as the originals in terms of functionality. Under heavy sanding use, both quickly deplete. br>br>I'm very pleased with this purchase and will almost certainly make another for my next job!.
About 30% of the way through my first pad, the Velcro became really fuzzy and the pad wouldn no longer stick. br>br>The job is done, but not for long.
