I was able to clearly extend the pad's life by doing so. In the end, it wasn't as bad as the less expensive sand paper! The photo below was taken after two weeks of use! Exceptional! They stick to the sander pad as well. Velcro of excellent quality! I also like to point out that I'm usually sanding pretty rough wood!.
Sandpaper of excellent quality. To extend its life, use an abrasive cleaning block. Alternatively, when the sand paper becomes clogged, use a hand broom to sweep it away. If you've never done this before, you won't believe how much sandpaper you've wasted.
I use the 40 grit to smooth out imperfections on my lathe, which I previously purchased for a low price. It's not going to last.
For the kids, I'm working on a Sunday school project.
I have yet to find a company that can match 3M products across the board, but this is far superior to other off-brand products I've tried. The sandpaper from Harbor Freight is the absolute worst.
The sandpaper serves its purpose admirably. Unlike cheap brands, the paper does not fall apart in 10 minutes. The grit, on the other hand, feels like a 220, not a 320. This worked for my needs, but it was coarser than 3M 320 grit.
I'm not sure what adhesion refers to, but it did a good job. It could be a little more durable, but it was still better than some of the thinner sandpaper. br>I'm not sure what adhesion refers to, but it did a good job.
I'm using them to fill guitar frets, and these were the cheapest I could find.
