I think this is a carefully made tool that will last a long time. I am surprised by how coarse it is. Before I used it to weld aluminum, I used it to clean the aluminum and found it to be a little too aggressive. I ordered one with finer wire for such a purpose.
Buying this to remove superficial rust from a brake caliper before painting did exactly what it was supposed to do. There is only one complaint - the brush started to shed bristles after a while. They are sharp, easy to poke, and very little in the way of protection. I would say pretty soon. On an air-cooled computer, I used it The die grinder has a powered motor. The RPM limit was not specified and I have no way to measure how much extra clean-up I did due to the RPM limit being exceeded Because of its tendency to shed, it tends to pile up. It was a little bit of paint removal, but I will mostly use it to clean I have so far had no issues with it. There doesn't seem to be any damage to the wire brush. There is hope that it will last for a.

As I tested the bristles of the brush with a magnet, it did not stick to the magnet at all, which tells me the brush isn't The one I'm considering is 304, which is advertised as magnetic, but I am not so happy with it since it is advertised as low grade stainless. Having said that, I will note that the brush itself is well made, of good quality and will last a long time. I wanted to polish up my 304 stainless welds, but my stainless brush didn't work! In an effort to determine what the brush is truly made of, I have contacted the manufacturer. I will update this review if they respond.
The drill is the only place to use this. It is too unbalanced to be ground on a.
They are used to clean hot tar kettle flues that are hard to reach. In most cases, they work for three weeks, but then they throw out their wires.
The brush is actually made from stainless steel. It is durable and not cheap.
