Abrasive flap wheel 15 inches in diameter. A long, hardened steel wire can spin at a maximum of 4500 rpm. It is exactly 1/4 inch all the way around. In one set, there are 7 wire brushes.

We offer Brass plated crimped wire cup brushes, knotted steel wire cup brushes, and carbon knot wire end brushes, which are high performance brushes to protect wire from breakage for long periods of time. Removing rust, corrosion, and paint with this product is ideal. Drills with a shank of 1/8" can be used with all chucks. Wire made of hardened steel for longer life and reduced breakage. Maximum RPM is 4500.

Brass wire wheels are NOT what these are! I almost ruined the stainless project I was working on by not paying attention to the description

These wheels are brass plated steel, not brass wire. This is ALL my fault for not paying attention to the description. Sorry, it pays to read the description carefully, you have to make sure you understand what all the Chinese stuff is about. I learned from my mistake!.

Generally, they do not last much longer than a day

These seem to be built for very light work that does not require a lot of power. Be sure to put on safety glasses because the wire bristles will be flying everywhere. In all my years of working in a fabrication shop, I must admit that these wire wheels are the worst one I've encountered so far.

The quality of what you get depends on the price you pay. This is not high-quality, nor is it exceptionally durable, but it is more affordable. The next time I buy my set, I'll spend more with hopes of getting a longer lasting product.
