It was used to adorn an 8" grinder. So far, everything seems to be going swimmingly. It was used to dress up an 8" grinding wheel that was out of the box, and it keeps everything running smoothly. It's a little pricey for what it is, owing to the design's requirement that they cut threads on the diamond rod, but I don't think you could do much better for less. In the end, it accomplishes the task for which you paid it. It's important to remember that these aren't designed to take a lot of material in one shot; they're usually limited to about. Don't try to do more than 001 at a time. If my math on the threading is correct, that's around 6 degrees of turn. If you don't want to break the poor little diamond by overloading it, keep the following in mind:.
It was expensive, especially for what it was, but I didn't want to make one because I was lazy. A new, more adjustable version has been released. This is a high-quality product that worked well.
This is a must-have for anyone who owns a grinder. You can turn a cheap bench grinder into a well-balanced machine, and my $200 grinder now performs like a $1000 grinder from a machine shop after using this along with the Oneway grinding wheel balancing kit.
This is the wheel dresser for you if you want a top-of-the-line, machined, easy-to-use diamond-tipped wheel dresser. It's designed in such a way that it's a no-brainer. It simply slides back and forth on your grinder's platform. I spoke with Don Geiger, who informed me that a new version will be released in two months (Mar-Apr). Apr). I ordered this one because I couldn't wait any longer, and it has everything a wheel dresser could want. Whole- It's something I'd strongly suggest.
For my recently purchased tool grinder, I needed a diamond dresser. This tool allows for precise wheel dressing and eliminates factory grit wheel imbalances.
For me, this was a huge help.
Oh! I've broken free from the earth's shackles. and came close to touching God's face! br>br>This is the match-maker's match-maker's matchmaker's matchmaker's matchmaker's matchmaker's match maker who designed the tumultuous love affair I'm having with my 8" Delta. br>br>THIS has finally made me realize that there are things other than sex that are better. br>br>I don't know what you're talking about. Lord, help me. I didn't realize the wheel could be so uncomfortable. smooth. yes, so. sexy. I couldn't imagine the joy that would be bestowed upon me if I could sharpen lathe tools and drill bits without the part dancing/freestyling over the moguls on the wheel's surface. as I, as a result of my hyper-vigilant hyper-vigilant hypervig I'd imagine how I'd summon help before bleeding out when my "mature wheel" finally propels said piece of metal into my torso, with a worried scowl on my otherwise attractive face. Virginia, I agree with you. This miracle comes highly recommended by me. I give it TEN STARS and would like to find out how to contact its father in order to ask for his daughter's hand in marriage.
