It's a dressing stick to help you make your Thanksgiving turkey dressing. It is, in fact, hollow. To make your dressing, you roll up a slice of bread and feed it through the device, which produces cubes. For an 18 pound turkey, you only need to do it about 30 times. It's no longer necessary to purchase a bag of dried bread cubes from the bakery.

It's not exactly Hidden Valley, but it'll have to suffice.

This is acceptable for dressing sticks, but I prefer stuffing sticks.
The NorBide boron nitride dressing stick, which features super fine boron nitride abrasive for high quality dressing, will recondition your cup and saucer wheels. This is the toughest stick you can buy, with a long lifespan and a wide range of applications. Dress all grinding wheels that are 46 grit or finer, or M grade or softer, with a single stick for convenience. Fabricators prefer the NorBide stick for dressing tool and cutter wheels that are less than 10 inches in diameter, making it ideal for cup and saucer wheels.

On grinding wheels, this stick is useful for rounding corners. If you drop it on the floor, it will shatter because it is brittle. This is a nice item to have, but I don't think it's worth more than $40.
