Green Silicon Carbide is a non-magnetic material that can be used in a variety of Tool rooms are used to sharpen carbide tools, ferrous metals, and tungsten carbide.
GC- is manufactured in accordance with factory specifications. The number 80 denotes grit.
8 inches in diameter, 1 inch in width, and 1 inch in height. As I recall, it comes with a variety of inserts to reduce the arbor size to 5/8 inch.
It's not for rock, but for carbide.

These CGW 8 x 1 x 1 CGW 8 x 1 x 1 CGW 8 x 1 x GC80- 1/4 T1 Green Silicon Carbide V Bench Wheels are exceptional. They're a great investment. Thank you for the Carbide grinding wheels, I was able to sharpen my carbide bits in no time.
It performs admirably in this regard. We couldn't find a better deal than this. We haven't, however, compared two different brands of green wheels.
My grinder was vibrating wildly because of this wheel's out of balance. It was returned to me.
I bought a wheel in the hopes of saving money, but I ended up throwing it away and returning to this! When grinding carbide tools, it doesn't last forever and produces a lot of dust, but it does the job!.
Carbide cutters can be sharpened with this tool.
I'll go back to the Dewalt, which I had assumed would not last long until I tried this one.
On time and at a reasonable cost.
It does an excellent job grinding carbide.
