These guys fixed it. As a result, we bought another. This was our first home, and we loved it When I saw the crack in the hose, my heart sank. Amazon had the part I needed. I had no problems installing the software. Having bought it six years ago, now the vacuum is cleaning as good as when it was new. The upstairs and downstairs of our home are now covered by one. The new laptop already cost more than the old one, so it did not save us any money. The two of us are happy to have each other. Savings would be considerable if the stuff didn't have to be bought brand.
