Questions & Answers

Is this a good fit for this Is 33N8A correct?

If it fits in the green spot bot, then yes

Can this hose be used with model # ?

It's important to label the hose with the 33N8 number, there's a slight difference in the length of the part that fits into the machine. I think when I bought the part I mentioned the 33N8, but it was the hose with the 33N8 number. The R was too long for the space and therefore could not be used.

The 33N8- does this fit ?

The answer is not clear to me. In the description, it should be stated. It's a perfect fit for my Spotbot.

Could you please tell me if this will replace my ?

I am not talking about a vacuum here. A spot bot is not what we're looking for

The Pet SpotBot is a perfect fit
5/5

Pet Spot Bot has been a part of my life for quite some time. You know how heavy use this gets if you have children, pets, or both. Spot Bot #3 is currently on my computer. Most of the time, it's the hose that fails. It tends to develop a hole either up by the handle or down where the connector connects to the machine. The reason is that if you use the attachment a lot like I do, you will often encounter this issue. Whenever I use the automatic clean feature, I use the wand to take up any excess water that doesn't make it into the vacuum. You'll dry the carpet much faster if you do this. It is fairly easy to install the new hose. You can help yourself to some photos I've attached. Four screws need to be removed with a Phillips screwdriver for the top to come It is safe to remove the top after the screws are removed, however, a ribbon cable attached to the control panel has to be removed. To do this, I just unplugged it and set the top aside. Then with some pliers or similar tools, I grabbed the spring clamp from the small hose and slid Using a twist-and-pull action, remove the hose from The tricky part is that it's on there pretty well despite being a little tricky to read. To get the hose off, I cut it up a few inches and tore it off with It is then necessary to lift up the plastic end of the larger hose and pull it out of its holder. (Save the little spring clamp, it will need to be transferred to the new hose. ) There's nothing to do other than press it into Lastly, you need to fit the new part right where the old one was, and make sure the spring clamp is attached to the small hose before it is clamped to Put the top part back on, screw it in place, and plug the ribbon cable back in. This is pretty simple to fix, and works perfectly. The price is much less than buying a new unit if you do the work yourself for about 15 minutes. They may help if you see the pictures.

It is a direct replacement for pet hoses from Spotbot
5/5

The spotbot pet replacement hose worked well for our robot. Installing the gray plastic end into the machine was very straightforward after removing the screws under the solution and waste tanks. It was tricky to install the solution hose barb and the hose clamp initially, but once the old ones were removed, the new ones were very easy to install. Here's the latest Almost two months later, the system is still working.

I found it to be very helpful! It is much cheaper to use this hose than to buy a new machine, though there are no instructions with it
5/5

This is simply a matter of figuring out how to do it. The canisters had to be removed first, then four screws under them had to be removed to get the fluid out. Pulling up the top of the body then allowed it to be pulled Afterward, you remove the old hose and replace it with a new one. The housing has been taken out of the ground. Attached to this item is a small rubber hose for feeding. In order to do so, you need to pinch a metal clip holding it a little further down into the bottom body and then pull the old hose out. You can then move the new house onto the clip and then hold it firmly in place with the clip. Once you reassemble, you should be able to use it.

In addition to 33N8, 33N8T will also fit
5/5

I tried for quite some time to find a hose replacement for the Bissell Spot Bot 33N8T, but could not find one that stated that it would fit the model. As I read, I realized that the hose for 33N8 would work since T is for target and has the red and black colors of the target. In my 33N8T, I am quite happy with my new gray hose because it fits exactly and was easy to install. To illustrate how the only real difference between 33N8 and 33N8T is the color, I have uploaded images here. My preference is to connect my hose the way it is shown in the photo rather than wrap it around the spot bot since that creates unnecessary tension at the joint where the hose is prone to failure.

I like the way it fits and is easy to install, but don't store it wrapped around the unit so it lasts Unlike the original, I have had to replace this part twice after the first one broke
3/5

In order to prevent this from happening, the hose should not be wrapped tightly around the unit as shown Due to brittleness of the hose after a year, this is commonly the cause of the split. If the end of the cable is plugged into the unit, the device will function normally. It is more awkward and bulky, but it is better than buying a new hose every 12 months or so for $30.

The 33N8R clip fits perfectly, it was reconditioned from an old spotbot
5/5

As a result of failing to properly maintain the first hose purchased in 2016, that bit got really stinky. This is an easy part to replace, but you'll need a Phillips head screwdriver An open-head screwdriver with a flathead There are two tools you need a flat-nosed pliers and a sharp knife. The latter two are for removing the little clamp for the waterline as well as removing The YouTube video shows it done in that way. I googled it and found it that way. It took about ten minutes from start to finish to replace. The other poster offered the excellent suggestion not to wrap the hose around the Spotbot for storage. Thanks for the advice. Whenever I tried, I found it nearly impossible due to the extreme tightness of the Due to the difficulty of putting the hose back, as well as the fact that it had gotten stiff over the years, I never used it for cleaning. would never have occurred to me to leave it just It's a good thing that I use the hose a lot now since hairball season is here. My new routine is to allow him to drink a glass of drinking water and to immediately empty the grey tank after every As a result of re-purposing the grey tank, the stinky smells are also gone, and it feels like I have a brand new SpotBot now.

The free Spot Bot saved me the money for a new one
5/5

Surely the angels sang on the day I bought my first Spot Bot. Through the years, with an old incontinent dog and an incontinent person, and a baby (now a teenager) we used to use them all the time.

Currently, we have spotbot number three. It is almost as if the hose broke My house rotted due to dry rot (I live in the Mojave Desert). It was only holding on by the tube that supplied water.

I've begun rectify it on my own. After shopping around, I bought the parts on Amazon because I found the prices to be relatively similar despite shipping (I have subscription to Buy OEM parts if you can. It's possible to find several YouTube videos that explain how to do this In my analysis, I used the video "Bissell Spotbot 33N8 Hose Replacement Repair" by Performance Reviews. As well as a polymer bottle of 409, paper towels, and a flat surface, you will need a Phillips screwdriver, needlenose pliers, and Phillips screwdriver. It might as well be a good idea to thoroughly clean the unit if you're going to take it apart. I had to clean some screws anyway because of dirty water. I have no complaints about the new hose. The following tip It is brand new and very.
