In order to use the vacuum cleaner I had to clean it all up after buying it used. Old and dirty, the filter was in need of cleaning. We purchased this filter for 1/4th of the price of a similar one from a vacuum cleaner store in our area. It is too soon to tell what it will do over time, since I have only used it twice so far.

It cost half what a Hoover filter would have and now my vacuum cleaner's suction is getting back to full strength. Since the filter cannot be washed, I'd just need to replace it at this price.
