The vinegar isn't 100 percent. Approximately ten drops
It would if you weren't putting water on a wood product, which isn't a good idea. You risk warping and/or separating the floor over time. You could get away with it if you have one of the new waterproof laminate products. The best option is a faster system with a laminate cleaner; BONA makes a great product that is also environmentally friendly. The blue label, which is for hardwood floors, should not be used. In a pinch, Windex will suffice.
No, it's designed for use on hard surfaces. Other carpet and furniture steamers are available.
No, but the mop stopped working after six months. I couldn't stop myself from yelling at her. I will not be purchasing any Bissell products in the near future.

Because the pads get wet, Stream makes the floors wet. Because of the moisture, it is necessary to change the pad for each room. The pads wrap around the bottom, which keeps them in place but makes getting them on and off difficult. They're also hot from the stream. The sent pads literally burn and disintegrate as they fall apart in the stream. It smells nice, but a few drops of essential oil on the pad has the same effect. br>I bought this model "refurbished," but it was essentially a return. It was filthy, and it wasn't even properly packed in the box.
I bought the refurbished unit but have yet to put it to use. It's brand new and doesn't come with any cleaning pads. I should have just gone ahead and bought the new model after buying the pads. Given that pads must be purchased separately and that no pads were included, the savings are negligible, and I won't be able to test it out until another order arrives.
This is without a doubt the best investment you'll ever make. This mop is one of my favorites. It saves time, is quick and easy to use, and the floors are always clean and dry. The only thing I don't like is that when I need to switch plugs, I have to wait a few minutes for it to start, but this isn't a deal breaker.
After that, I vacuum the floors. It makes the same noises as if you were using a steam iron. My floors don't have a gleaming sheen, but I know they're spotless. After that, I soak the cleaning cloth and wash it, but not all of the stains are removed. After steam mopping my floors, the room is grey. I'm cleaning a 450-square-foot area. There is a hard wood floor at the foot of the bed. Ceramic tile is used in the kitchen and bath, and it is done well.
We expected the steam to just dampen the floor. It's the same as not squeezing a sponge mop to remove excess water. The steam soaks the mop to the point where it is literally dripping with water.
This is a fantastic method. I have a couple of rooms with tiles, and this made cleaning a breeze.
In my home, I've had a lot of fun with this steamer. When steaming hard wood floors, I recommend using the low setting. It can also be used to steam carpets in specific areas. At a fantastic price, this is an excellent product.
