I just used my machine for the first time, and I really like it, with three exceptions. br>For starters, the cord is far too short, and I dislike having to unplug and re-plug it while using it. The cord should be at least ten feet long. Second, you can't turn it off at the machine; if you need to move something, you'll need to unplug it. Third, it lacks a resting mat, allowing you to leave it unattended to cool without damaging your floors. br>The cleaning pads are one of my favorites. They clean the floors beautifully and efficiently.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It is poorly constructed and spits out cold water rather than steam. Because there is no on/off switch, you must pump the handle ridiculously hard to get any steam. There may be a brief burst of steam, but then nothing but cold water emerges. Instead of cleaning anything, I feel like I just spread germs throughout my kitchen. This is possibly the worst Amazon product I've ever bought in the last decade. Now I'm stuck with the hassle of returning it. I was extremely disappointed.
They show every streak and speck of dust; my son gave it to me for Christmas, and I've already used it. So, so fantastic! Every other day, I mop the house, and I had finished it the day before Christmas. What a stark contrast! It picked up dirt that I wasn't even aware was present. With half a tank of water, it was able to clean my entire house. In my house, the cord is a good length because I only had to change outlets between rooms. I'll be getting more pads so that I can switch pads between rooms because the last one I did was a little streaked. br>br>Compared to my microfiber manual mop and spray bottle, it took half the time and effort to use. I'm disabled, and not having to scrub made things so much easier.
It is very easy to use and gets most stubborn things up after a few passes. I fragrance the tank with a few drops of essential oil. I only wish the water reservoir was a little bigger so I didn't have to refill it as frequently. A fantastic product on the whole.
I'm surprised the pad became so filthy, considering I vacuum every two days. We haven't worn shoes in the house in three days. I'm hoping it will last, but I'll keep you updated if it doesn't.
Very flimsy To generate steam, you must manually pump. For all I know, I might have gotten a defective unit.
It appeals to me. Extra pads were purchased, and I intend to purchase more in the future. I live in an area with red clay dirt and on a farm, so I'm sure I'll go through the pads faster than the average person. I'm using distilled water and only putting any cleaning supplies I'll need on the floor with it. It's possible that it'll still break the mop, but I'm not sure how. Although it takes a long time to heat up, one tank can cover an entire hallway in a small three-bedroom ranch home. I'll update if it fails in less than a month, but I got it from Amazon Warehouse for around $30, so as long as it lasts a month and at least one deep clean around the entire house, I'll say it's great!.
