I liked it a lot. Powered it up and plugged it in. The charge indicator indicated that the lights were working. I will not turn it on anymore. After that it went black and won't turn on. This is a piece of garbage. In an update, this company only responded to me and asked me to take down this review, for a fee of I did not receive any messages or offers from customer support on how to solve the issue or to replace or refund the product. I was just asking for a removal of my negative review out of self-serving interests. I have heard nothing but terrible things about this company.

The first impression I had of the package was that it was a Mac/Apple of a floor device. I thought "there's no way anything useful could be in that small box!". I opened the box, and there was another smaller box. I had already specified that I'd return the item. Well, I guess. I was astounded to find out what a marvel this (so far) floor mop/wax applier is. I really like this table. It looks pleasing, is quiet, feels durable, and performs effectively! In my opinion, this was such a well-packaged product that it could fit in such a tiny box without all the excess plastic/styrofoam I usually see in similar products such as "As seen on TV" type ASOTV product, but most mop buckets and twirly wringers belong in this age, and I have suffered from severe back pain when mopping my floors for most of my adult life. In the past, I have tried every gadget under the sun, but they were so flimsy and/or too troublesome for me to deal with that it was time to give up. To be completely transparent, I have not used this device as intended to apply floor wax, simply because I've been afraid of getting the work clogged and I am unsure how to empty the reservoir between mopping and waxing. Rather than spraying the wax/floor sealer directly onto the floor, I squirt a bit ahead of the mop and let it spread and polish it into When I use the mop as intended to spray mopping fluid, it works like a charm! Even though I would be able to use it for hard surface sealer, I'm still in a honeymoon phase with the normal mopping mode, so the mop solution is as far as I want to go at the moment. It has a bit of Dr. Bronner's in it, so I tried it again with a bit of I then tried a tank of Holland House cleaner and polisher, and the squirt seems irrevocably blocked. Both of these batteries failed to last on either of these two units that I bought. In lieu of sending me a replacement, the vendor told me I had to buy another battery instead of sending me a replacement, which is pretty outrageous. In the meantime, I won't be spending more money on VMAI. I wouldn't spend more money on battery replacements either.
There are a lot of benefits to this product. It cleans really well, it charges fairly quickly, it's already assembled, it's easy to use and it's pretty light in weight.
It's great to have a spin mop like this. The chair looks nice, it's compact, and it's easy to put together. There are two sets of pads included. There is a cleaning and a polishing one. After scrubbing ceramic tile several times with a dirty cloth, I always had to buy a new one. The spin mop is what I decided to buy. I am amazed at how easily I was able to clean and polish the ceramic tile. It looks like the floor is all new again after using this product. Here's a buy I'd never made before!.
