Why do you think scratch is so important? Trash aka waste is put into this trash can.
There is no need to use a special bag, but the Walmart bag or grocery bags work fine. It's sad that I live in a state that still uses plastic bags for grocery shopping.
There is no jerk in the closing
It is not recommended to use this can outside. The trash can has a false bottom with 2 metal rods after you remove the heavy-duty plastic liner from the inside, which actually holds your trash. They are the rods that pull the lid open and shut, and they rust if exposed to the elements. As well as being very expensive, this trashcan is also extremely pleasing to the eye. I wouldn't recommend it for outside use since it's very esthetically pleasing. We hope this helps and wish you the best of

I love the vintage look of this garbage can! I think it would be perfect in a bathroom! It's not too small, but maybe the people who say that shouldn't say it. There's no difference in size between it and a standard bathroom garbage can. Those are the only things you put inside tissues & sanitizer How come you need a bigger bathroom? I don't see why you need a bigger bathroom anyway? I recommend you buy it since it is very nice! You're the best.
To replace the one in my bathroom, I was looking for a more stylish trash can, but this one is quite small. The thing is that instead of returning it, I keep it under my vanity table for makeup wipes, but overall, I consider it a waste of $60. It would be better if the size wasn't an issue, but even without the size, my cat can easily knock it over. If you have a pet that loves to get into trash, you should think twice about this. Although I appreciate that it has a plastic trash bin, and the bag fits neatly inside it, I do not like that it has a hole for a handle.
You can lift the lid by the top handle or push the foot pedal to lift it (it will still come down slowly on its own or you can lift the lid by the foot pedal). In case the interior waste bucket needs to be removed, remove it. I am pleased with my purchase and the change I made The open style shows debris, so we move up to the closed style.
Dog poop cans are used outside as a disposal method. Even though I would have preferred it to be bigger, it's still worth it for.
There's nothing cuter than a little trash can like this. In the bathroom, I have it. I think it goes awesome with a modern farmhouse/industrial style.
In the end, I did not return it. I was disappointed in the packaging, though I made do with it as it was. As for the rest, a good small can that fits well in confined spaces.
