Thank you for reaching out to me! About two quarts of food fill up the 2 quart dish. The depth of the hole is 25".
In the case of a smaller casserole, yes. About seven inches by eleven inches is the size of the Pyrex 2 quart bowl. A bigger casserole might need the 3 quart Pyrex which is 9 inches by 13 inches. However, I find that the 2 quart size has all the same benefits as the 3 quart, is stackable when the lid is on, and fits nicely It is likely that the 3 quart size will be the better choice for a larger casserole.

Do not let this pan fool you it is not a 9x13 pan, but a 7x11 pan with handles so that it would look like a The seller is not trustworthy, so I do not recommend ordering from them.
Despite its name, this is a 7x11 instead of It is also possible to buy a 9x13 Pyrex with lid at Walmart for around $13, so I am returning it.
In terms of the product itself, it is fine. When the dish was purchased (May 2020), the description stated that it was Approximately 7x11 is the size of the dish I received. As I don't use two dishes of this size very often (I don't cook much), I am returning it. Though the listing appears to have been updated, judging by the seller feedback and the item feedback, other people see the 9x13 listed as well.
There was a problem with the fit of this top. As a result, I was disappointed, since I wanted a dish I could transport.
I have had my eye on a 7x11 baking dish for quite some time. I love this because it's perfect for casseroles and just the right amount to use. A good balance between too much and too little is ideal. As for the handles, I like them.
My mom had made some Salisbury steaks, and I wanted to heat them up tonight. You don't need to hate The recipe for Chef John can be found on YouTube. A throwback to the TV dinners of the 1970s. It was room temperature when I checked the Pyrex Easy Grab dish. It was cold as a refrigerator when I picked up the Salisbury steaks. While working on patient notes, I heated them up for about 30 minutes at 300 degrees. I took off the aluminum foil and turned up the heat to 400 degrees, which were not hot enough (I had covered the dish with foil). Temperature signaled that the oven had reached the required level. A "bang" was heard five minutes later. It's not easy to be a major leaguer these days. My wife and I had scrambled eggs for dinner and I cleaned up the mess afterwards. We are not certain who to contact at the company that makes these, but they seem to have a quality control issue.
I am happy with the performance of this baking dish so far. However, the lid that came with it does not fit correctly, so it cannot be closed. This is a fine baking dish if all you need is one that seals up for storage. If that is what you need, maybe keep searching.
It is really disappointing, the lid has been damaged. I ordered this product for a cookout we are having.
