These hooks inspired me to create my own pan rack. The T- The slot style of the hook made designing the rack a breeze. 16 swivel hooks were used in the project. I wanted to know the following things before I bought them, in case anyone else is thinking about it: The top of the round disk measures approximately 1. The diameter is 5 inches. The T-shirt's thickness 7/16" is the size of the slot body. To keep the hook in the holder, your slat thickness must be at least 3/4" thick, but it can be as much as 1-inch thick. 3/8" thick (in height). I added a small O-ring to keep the hooks from moving around when placing or removing a pan. For a little friction with the holder, wrap a ring around the hook's stud. They function flawlessly.
I have two Taylors who are both excellent. NG track racks (beautiful, functional, and highly recommended - 1983) and they're still being made). I needed more swivel hooks and came across these Cooks hooks for a lot less money than T. NG, with a similar level of quality. Both brands of hooks are manufactured in Taiwan (unfortunately not in the United States, but far better than communist China in my opinion). And the Cooks were a perfect match for our old racks!.
My husband ordered the pot rack, and I was so pleased with it that I added the extra hooks so I could hang all of my pots and free up some cabinet space. They work fine; if you want your rack to hold more weight, make sure it's anchored into studs. It appeals to me.
After that, I contacted the manufacturer, who was extremely helpful in pointing me to Amazon. I placed my order right away, and they arrived within the specified time frame. They're fantastic hooks that look great in my kitchen.
My pot rack was in desperate need of more hooks. These are perfect for the job. They were simple to put together and have a very smooth swivel action. It was exactly what I was looking for, and it was also reasonably priced.
I only needed one more for my rack (also Cooks), and I wish they came in packages of two rather than four because the other three will just take up space in my life and are unlikely to be used. So. Dear Chefs, In the future, you should think about it. Aside from that, these are fantastic!.
I spent a long time looking for the exact rack I needed for some of my pots and pans. This one is flawless and extremely well-made. made. It has made me very happy.
