There's no way they're 16 inches apart; they're only 14 1/2 inches apart. I was expecting this QA to be 16" when I first read it.

The best choice was made, and the best purchase was made. br>The content is excellent. It's sturdy and has a pleasant glossy matte finish. The hooks are securely held in place. I'm confident that I won't have to be concerned about scratches or peeling paint. br>I don't think this is going to come crashing down any time soon. br>I've put a lot of weight on it and it's held up and exceeded my expectations. br>It comes highly recommended. It was well worth the money and the time it took to hang it up, which was simple and quick.
I wasn't sure what to expect, but the quality is excellent, and installation is a breeze with only two screws that disappear once installed. I can now hang all of my coats that have been strewn across the couch! It can handle a lot of weight; I wore it with a heavy leather jacket and a heavy jean jacket, as well as two sweatshirts, and it was fine. I strongly advise.
The real surprise, however, is that the shipping cost is 160% of the item price. I ordered this along with a few other items and didn't realize until later that all of those shipping charges were for one very small item. That's my fault because I should've noticed before buying, but I hope this review will prevent someone else from making the same mistake I did by thinking this rack was a good deal (it wasn't). You'll have a hard time believing that this tiny coat rack cost you $26.
For the price, this is an excellent product. Better than others I've seen on Amazon, and it came fully assembled (i. e. , the hooks aren't screwed on).
I was looking for something small and wall-mounted. mounted, and ready to use tri-assembled For a small space, use a coat rack with hooks. This was an excellent match for my requirements. The quality appears to be high, and it appears to be long-lasting. Just make sure you tighten the hooks before hanging them, because I didn't and they're now a little slack. The hooks are attached to the back with screws, but I didn't realize it at the time.
The coat rack is appealing and appears to be well constructed. I give low marks for the screws and drywall anchors because they are the wrong size for my small wall space. These screws are insufficient to properly and securely anchor this item due to the thickness of the drywall. I found that fastening it into studs with longer wood screws worked best for me. Along with the drywall screws and anchors, I recommend providing wood screws. Mounting on drywall will loosen over time, and the coat rack will no longer be secure and usable. I'm currently in love with the way my studs are secured, both in terms of appearance and stability.
It gets my husband's clothes out of the way and out of the ubiquitous pile on the floor (you know what I'm talking about).
This fixture has a nice appearance and appears to be fairly sturdy, but I have two concerns. One of the kooks appears to be a little shaky. The other, more serious issue is that the instructions don't specify what size drill bit to use for the wall anchor hole. As a result, I had to guess, which was a little nerve-wracking because I don't use wall anchors very often—you don't want to put too many holes in a wall, and if I picked too large a bit, I might end up with an unusable hole in my wall. However, I used one that was too small for the first hole, so I had to widen it and then use toothpicks as shims to compensate for going too far. This prolonged and aggravated what should have been a 5-minute installation, and I'm left wondering if either the hook I mentioned or the entire bar installation (or both) will fail. I understand there's a push to make instructions compressible for people who can't read, but could you at least say how many centimeters the bit should be? The plugs were white, and no information on the internet about how they're color coded by size applied.
