It has a weight capacity of 35 lbs.
I'm not sure how much weight the hooks are capable of supporting - They're perfect for drying wet towels! They're extremely well-made - Through and through, everything is metal. These hooks are fantastic, in my opinion!

1) The screws are not the same size. The hooks have a lovely matte dark finish, but the screws have an unsightly shiny, thin black finish that clashes with the hooks. br>2) The screws aren't the right size. Because the flat screw heads are slightly larger than the hook countersinks, the flat head screws sit slightly above flush in the hooks. uglinessbr>3) The screws are weak. When I was screwing these hooks into a 3/4" piece of hardwood by hand, the screws sheared off at the shaft. If you buy these hooks, you'll need to supply your own screws.
(Along with coats and snowpants if the weather warrants it. ) )br>br>So far, they've made it through the first week of school and appear to be working well. br>br>My only concern is that the screws appear to be too short, so I may need to replace them with longer ones.
When we tightened the screws, they broke, just like in some of the other reviews. Although it was inconvenient, we were able to use other black screws and shave off the one that became stuck. br>br>However, the hook itself is quite good. There aren't any issues.
One winter coat would suffice. Look elsewhere if you need to hang something heavy. If you're looking for a way to store lighter items, this is the way to go.
This is the first time I've ever been so disappointed after purchasing a product like this. They're a shambles of a design. Two screws actually broke (despite the fact that they hadn't been torqued down very tightly). Even with more durable hardware from Lowes, they wouldn't sit flush. Pass on these to save yourself the trouble.
They appear to be very sturdy and have a great appearance. br>br>These hooks are an excellent value, and I would buy them again.
The hooks may be sturdy, but the screws are ineffective, and the hooks don't even stay on the wall. I barely touched the hook to see if it was jiggly, so I took a picture of half of the screws in the wall and the other half in my hand.
Very good product for hanging snow shovels, leaf blowers, and other tools in the garage.
