We needed more of these shelves, which we had previously purchased from a different seller. For this height, this seller offered the most competitive price and quantity. We ordered four chrome shelves and received them a week ahead of schedule. The quality and ease of assembly have exceeded our expectations. During the final shelf assembly, we discovered that a few of the shelves were bent, preventing them from sitting level. When I contacted the seller, I received a prompt response outlining what I should expect in terms of resolving the issue. A brand new shelf set was delivered to my door within a few weeks, and we couldn't be happier. I would strongly recommend this product, not only because of its high quality, but also because of the excellent customer service provided by the seller.
IF THE SHELVES WOULD STAY UP, THIS WOULD BE AMAZING. THE METAL SHELVES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE HOLDED UP BY SMALL PLASTIC CLIPS. THIS IS NOT THE CASE.

These are, without a doubt, the best so far. They're not only well-made, but they also have castors and feet. Extra plastic collars to keep the shelves in place were included by the manufacturer. The directions are detailed and easy to understand. They even give you wrenches to keep the castors in place. They were put together in no time. This type of shelving appeals to me because of its durability and adaptability. Sheet metal ones are prone to bending over time, and plastic is not even considered. Out of four complete units purchased, there was one defective shelf. When I contacted the vendor, they quickly sent me a replacement with no questions asked. You can't beat that in terms of customer service!.
First and foremost, putting this thing together is a pain. It only lasted about two weeks after being put together before one of the wheels snapped. Although it is rated for 6,000 pounds, the wheel broke off with less than 100 pounds on it. Ummmmm? That's a far cry from the truth. It's probably fine if it works and lasts for you. It's an ordinary storage facility. However, it does not appear to be of a high standard.
This was purchased for my husband's retail establishment. It went together quickly. He did it on his own in a matter of minutes, with no assistance. It wasn't more than thirty minutes, as far as I could tell. I'm not sure how long it took him, but when I returned 30 minutes later to check on him, he seemed to have it all together and was loading down the shelves. He has saws, drills, and all of his nails and other items on it, and the shelves are plenty strong with no bowing or anything, and it rolls around the shop without a hitch even when fully loaded.
