At this point in time, I have three of these shelving units in lengths less than five feet. This update should prove helpful to any users growing plants and/or seedlings on these shelves. In my case, I store one item at the bottom of the shelves and have 3 shelves available for it. Having two levels for growing plants of greater size leaves me with a lot of flexibility. The construction of this turd was not just a weak Chinese knockoff it took some seriously shoddy parts to make it. I received some bad and missed welds on shelves, and one was pre- assembled. A bent jerk! After a few months of regular use without intense strain, the legs were bent at the hardware inserts at the middle and bottom. Since I replaced the legs with new ones from a better company, I want it to stay as it is for now. It only has pretty light stuff on it for now.
