Some people have clearly created'sides' by flipping their shelves upside down. However, for the unit's security and to reduce the weight on the shelves, those sides must be turned down. If you only have light items, this may be acceptable, but it will significantly reduce your weight limit. There's a reason it's designed to go the other way.
They'd be fine in a refrigerator, but not in a freezer, in my opinion.
I'm not sure what gauge it is, but it's thick and good quality.

The pattern is very appealing to me.
Amazon's packaging is not up to par. The design is appealing to me. The material appears to be of sufficient quality. br>For packing, I docked one star. br>The following is printed on the package: "DO NOT BEND" and "MUST BE SHIPPED FLAT"! br>These arrived bent because they were shipped in a box that was too small for the item. br>Because they weren't kinked, I was able to place them bent (curved) side up and they fit perfectly.
Sure, the packaging was excessive, but flattening liners from a roll is extremely difficult. They can withstand the weight of heavy photo books. These are EXACTLY what I was looking for. There is no need to cut anything, even the corners. I'd buy these again, and I strongly advise you to do so.
I unpacked them and placed them on my Amazon chrome shelves, where they fit perfectly, provide a foundation for my pantry items, and simply add a lovely pretty touch to my open shelves in my dining room. Are they required? br>br>Are they required? Well, they appear to be necessary for my purposes, as I have food products packed in bags. I have small items that I want to keep on the right shelf and not fall through to the shelves below, and without this shelf liner, these bags topple over and will not stand straight up as I insist they must. If you don't require this assurance, you may not require or be able to wait to consider it. br>br>However, if you do decide to purchase shelf liners, I recommend these from Gorilla, which are available on Amazon. A good investment because it is structurally sound and arrives undamaged and unbent. Choose your favorite color or pattern. Enjoy.
These liners are attractive, sturdy, and substantial, but they do not fit perfectly, despite the fact that the measurements are supposedly identical. We had to trim these to fit on the shelves and then tape them in place. I expected to be able to simply put the liners on after putting together the large shelving unit, but it took a lot longer. When items are added to the product you are purchasing under the "buy together" header and advertised together, I expect more. Measuring instruments are measuring instruments, and these are clearly off. I can't give them a lower rating because they work and look the way they should.
The graphics are appealing, but the best part is that they are a perfect fit for the wire shelving we ordered from Amazon and are simple to clean. These made our kitchen organization project go much faster and easier than the last time we needed a wire shelf and had to cut them out of large sheets of plastic (we used office chair floor covers, which are thicker and work just as well but cost the same or more and require you to do the measuring and cutting). They aren't particularly sturdy, but we intend to use them to store a mixer and other kitchen appliances, and they appear to be up to the task. This book comes highly recommended.

The liner is thick and appealing, but the length and width do not correspond to the size of the liner as shown. br>br>I ordered a 36 x 14 but received a 34 x 12 instead. br>br>NOTE: if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, this is the place to be Please note that the 34 x 12 size that I received is not one of the sizes that can be purchased. I didn't order the wrong size, so I'm not sure what happened.
The length and width cuts are probably a sixth of an inch off from perfectly fitting the shelves, but they do the job. It's easy to clean and long-lasting, and it complements my kitchen cabinets' chevron shelf liners. So, keep in mind that the product isn't perfectly cut to its size, but I'd still recommend it!.
