I purchased a few for use in the kitchen and bathroom sinks. I reasoned that if there was a leak, it wouldn't warp my new cabinets. I spend a lot of time under my sinks, so I'm hoping to find a leak. I have the grey ones, and I simply poured some water on them to see if they would show up, which they did. I wouldn't recommend getting the black because I doubt you'd notice a leak. Mine is one of my favorites because it is simple to clean. In case something goes wrong, I keep a small bucket under the pipe. So that I don't run out of space, I stuff small items into the bucket.
Hello, I purchased two of them. And, yes, it is beneficial. Yes, it will suffice for the dishes.
Although it has a vinyl backing, it has a heavy feel to it that makes it feel like a top.

I paid around $10 for the 24x40 to go beneath my kitchen sink. I had to trim it down to fit around the pipes. I am confident in its ability to absorb a small leak if one occurs because the bottom side is a rubberlike material and the top is felt. Also, the bottom is non-adhesive, which I prefer because it leaves no sticky residue and eliminates the hassle of trying to line it up perfectly. Because of the rubber bottom, it is difficult to slide. of "grasping" the cabinet's bottom. There were some fold wrinkles out of the package, but they quickly flattened out after I installed it yesterday and stacked some heavier items on top of it - as evidenced by the photographs. I plan to purchase more for the bathroom in the future and would recommend this to others.
I was eager to get my mat because I had already emptied the cabinet the day before. br>I was taken aback by how light it is. If I had a water leak, I expected it to be thicker to absorb more of it. br>It wasn't difficult to trim, though it was too short for my cabinet, which was my fault because I didn't realize it was 30 inches until I received it. It's not a big deal, but my cabinet is 38 inches wide. br>br>Although I like this product, I wouldn't buy it again because I don't think it could handle the volume of water if there was a major leak. It does, however, have a nice appearance and does not move.
Under the kitchen sink, this is a good mat to have. It appears to be long-lasting and attractive once installed. br> Several reviewers have mentioned the most serious flaw in it. It's folded into a square in the package to make a tic-tac-toe game. tac- The mat has a toe pattern of creases that is nearly impossible to remove. To get my mat hot, I placed it in the sun with the black side up. The material was not sufficiently relaxed to remove the creases with this method alone. Ironing it a couple of times immediately after bringing it in from being out in the sun helped the most and I was able to get about 90 of the creases that way. I spent more time attempting to remove the creases than measuring and cutting it to fit. It might not be square, as another reviewer also mentioned, so keep that in mind when measuring. The mat is fine, but the packaging is utterly ridiculous. This should be rolled up like shelf paper and packaged in that manner.
It arrived in perfect condition. I stacked them on top of my washing machine and dryer. I want the laundry room to look more dressed up than just a dumping ground for things coming in from or going out to the car because it is where I frequently enter and exit the house. In addition, they safeguard the W D is protected from scuffs on the surface.
Under my kitchen sink, there was a small leak. Although the leak had been repaired, the wood had become warped. I sanded and painted it, but it still didn't look right. This mat proved to be an excellent choice. Furthermore, it will shield the area from further damage in the event of a future spill.
If there is a way to make the space beneath a bathroom sink look nice, this is it. It's very attractive, and the product appears to be long-lasting. exactly as described In the event of a minor spill or leak, I believe it would protect the sink's base. It was simple to cut to fit; Just make sure the edge you're measuring from is straight, as a couple of the ones I received were slightly wavy. But it isn't bad.
I recently spilled some cleaner underneath the kitchen sink in the cabinet. I cleaned it up right away, but there was still a small stain. br>br>I dashed out and purchased some heavy-duty plastic bins to store everything I keep under the sink. I bought this mat as a precaution. It was simple to put together. br>br> I positioned it and scored the felt portion of the material with a razor knife without cutting all the way through the mat. I didn't want to ruin the cabinets, so I kept my distance. I then took it out and simply cut along the scored line with a pair of very sharp scissors before replacing it and getting a perfect fit the first time. br>br>Now I'm protected on both sides of the sink.
When I received this item after placing my order, I was pleasantly surprised. It has no odor, unfolds quickly, and can be customized for use under the sink. I had no trouble cutting the item with regular scissors, and it fit perfectly once I measured, cut, and placed it. It's not overly thick, has a felt side, and a gleaming non-shiny side. It's a million times better than the thin gray vinyl I bought at a discount store years ago. The cost is reasonable, and the item appears to be well constructed. Under the sink, it looks great. I went with a taupe-colored beige. I figured the lighter color would show up more if there were any spills, allowing me to clean them up faster. I would buy it again and recommend it to others.
