Questions & Answers
It would be easier to pull the bike straight off the rack, but I'm sure you could do it. It may be difficult to pull away from the side, but I believe it is possible.
There is no “lock position” when swinging them but I would plan for 80% of the handle bar width when swinging them but I would plan for 80% of the handle
Vertically fasten the bolts to the wall. You have completed your task. It really is that easy.
Yes. After you've installed the top, you'll need to put in a black plastic piece. It prevents the bike's bottom or back tire from colliding with the wall and sliding horizontally.

We'd probably be on our bikes a lot more. Almost every time I take the bikes out and put them away, I curse and swear and bang my head against a bar or handlebars. After today, there will be no more. This rack is excellent value for money. Although the website was useful in answering a minor question, the rack's installation instructions are straightforward. It was easy to set up. My 12-year-old can now easily ride his bike and put it away. We had a garage system installed by a professional, which included bike hooks - What a waste of space; this rack takes up less room, collapses when not in use, and is simple to operate. Nobody is going to be let down.
There are some bike mounts that allow you to hang your bikes at a 90-degree angle. We have no room for a 90-degree mount in our garage because we park cars there. The hinge on these racks allows them to pivot 45 degrees left or right. Furthermore, the front wheel is supported by the cradle. Some mounting hooks can cause damage to the wheel spokes by exerting pressure on them.
This system, on the other hand, I adore! Mounting is fairly straightforward. I'd like to see better anchors (the hardware is fantastic - (Anchors are inexpensive. ) If you have different sized bikes, studs are recommended. br>A little planning will help with space if you have different sized bikes. I was able to fit three bikes on the studs, each 16 inches apart. They easily pivot sideways, and the handle bars interlock when centered. If you want more space between bikes, I recommend installing better anchors or mounting a ledger board on studs and then mounting the rack system to that board. br>Once you've planned it out - The rack system will be a hit with you.
These bike racks are a brilliant way to solve the problem of bicycle storage. I mean, I'm not sure why every bike rack isn't constructed in this manner. Yes, it is a little pricey, but the advantages you receive far outweigh the cost. It's well-made and simple to put together. In just over an hour, I was able to install four of them. The ability to swivel is a fantastic feature. It's incredibly simple to move one bike out of the way to make room for another. It's one of those books that I can't say enough good things about.
This was well worth the money. Children and adults alike will find it simple to mount and dismount.
Steadyrack is the answer for your bike if you live in a house with a garage or a condo and need to save space. I'm not much of a handyman, but this was simple to install. It allows you to swing your bike in any direction while keeping it secure. Roll the bike onto the rack with the help of a wheely. The build quality is excellent, with plastic accents for a more appealing appearance. Mine are installed farther apart than mine, but they can be brought closer if desired. This product comes highly recommended for bike storage in ceilings or other installations.
These racks are sturdy and come with sturdy installation hardware. I initially thought the bolts were almost too large for the job, but after securing all of the bikes, I realized why they were that size and why they were doubled up at each secure point. These are going to last a very long time. br>br>The plastic caps that cover the bolts are nice, but they're a pain to put on and take off. When I removed and reinstalled connectors, I was concerned that they would break, but they held up well.
