In the first place, it took almost a month to get this product and after a long wait, it does not really It didn't keep the tree watered, even after following the instructions.

Sadly, we had to take our tree down early because we didn't put enough water in it. Sorry to hear that. As a result, I'll have to get a tabletop size tree next year, as this was my last hope for a full size one.

Invest in something useful, not in waste

It is literally the first review I have ever written. I never will. I am so disappointed in this I started leaking water as soon as I put it in the bucket. In this case, the tubing does give way, but it is the bottom seam of the bucket that does. This is such a shoddy product. Getting a refund is on my mind.

I have never been able to get it to work properly. No matter where I tried or how high I climbed it didn't work. This one is well constructed but perhaps next year we'll get a new one.
