Questions & Answers

Can you tell me how big the base is? How many inches total do you have?

There is a GTS model available for purchase Having a width of 728 is equal to It is possible to purchase a larger GTS model It is 42 inches wide, so 942

Could you please tell me what size tree will fit the smallest opening?

Having yet to use it, I can't comment. You can use as small as 2" as long as you use some small blocks of wood around the trunk to keep it snug.

It is possible to use with an artificial tree that has a pole that is 2" in diameter?

Unfortunately, live trees are not available.

Do you think this would work outdoors?

It can be used both outside and inside. If you live in a windy area, I recommend putting extra weight on the legs to prevent the tree from being blown

Everything seems to be going well so far
3/5

This is the first year that I have used it and I am pleased with its stability. It was easy to set up the tree. Leaks in the water supply are not present. On the bottom is an easily removed sticker indicating this is a made in China item. The fact that we found this is definitely a plus! I've never seen a powder coated tree stand get so battered so quickly. I've never seen that happen before.

***Super late update**
I ended up returning this tree stand. The dingy thing was just sitting there. No wonder it was so bad. There is also a substantial amount of rust, which is not surprising, but it's all located in areas that are not handled much. Apparently that's just another sign of the quality of the paint. My nuts came off while I was installing, even though I thought they were tack welded.

How do you feel about those awful stands at the stores? Besides the fact that they are unstable and don't hold enough water, the stupid plastic screws get stripped so easily that you bought three of them and cried as they fell into the trash can. You explained very poorly why the screws were stripped on the last one. There were some Christmassy words you hoped your daughter would not As a result, you arrived at this stand, knowing it's a crapshoot and a definite failure, despite your search for the Holy Grail of stands. There is only one tree stand you need to get. It was what we needed when we bought our stand in 2017. That's all there is to it The metal is both heavy and solid, and there is no plastic anywhere. The way I see it is- A few tree stands are done in the middle of welding helicopter blades. You can rest assured your tree will stay upright as long as the feet are designed to lie flat. Climb it and let the cat Standing up for one's principles will win the day. It is impossible to solve your problems, unless you have a bobcat. A lot of water can be stored in this container, and it is not This trunk lets you stuff a nice big trunk in it (I know, those bulky knobby bases have bothered you a lot I no longer have to add the variable) and I get the tree to be vertices very easily.

It's worth the investment to buy a good tree stand! Adding a new tradition to our Christmas repertoire It is NOT funny to watch a nicely decorated tree dive to the ground

br>We absolutely love this stand! It's extremely sturdy, and it easily held a large 7" monitor. Tree is 5 feet in height with no issues (or wobbles) at all. Even after putting lights and ornaments on it, we were still able to move it around. There was one negative, trying to find a tree skirt that covered the stand well, but other than that, I have no regrets about purchasing this stand! In this year's ornaments, there are no broken pieces.

If you pay for something, you get what you paid A rock-solid piece of work A solid foundation

The first live Christmas tree I ever purchased, and the first tree stand I ever purchased. My interest in tree stands was sparked by reading about the problems with these stands for years. A high quality stand took the place of all of that by avoiding all the previous problems. I expected to pay a premium for the stand. Anyway, I paid a premium price for it and I'm quite satisfied Heavy, very solid, with a large reservoir for water, easy to assemble (infrequent reviews cited difficulties in It has a very simple construction, so I am not sure how anyone could get into trouble with it). The precious Frazier fir on my property is 7 ft tall, standing as if it was still firmly rooted in the ground. Life is a case of paying for what you get. It's definitely worth checking out.

This tree stand will not be your grandmother's tree stand, but is sure to last for decades! There are very few tree stands that are comparable to this
5/5

I like how easy it is to assemble and how sturdy it is. The tree is supported by four bolts screwed into the trunk to keep it steady. This creature has teeth on the bottom but may be able to grab hold of a tree trunk with spikes. Keeping the tree upright is made easier with this. Water holds a good amount in it, as long as you fill it to within a half inch or inch of the bolts you'll be fine. I filled the tree with a mixture of water and Christmas tree food using a small mouth jar. With its price of just under $60, it's an excellent value. While it is on the expensive end of the spectrum, I am fairly confident that I will never need another tree stand. It can hold up to a 12' trunk with a 7" diameter. Stand was very good. I did contact the seller with a concern, which was handled quickly The company is one I would recommend in the future and do business with again. A company based in the US is a wonderful thing to support.

You have LIFE on your hands! In the past, I had a beautiful tree stand from LLBean that cost a lot of money It held a lot of water, but not enough, so my tree died in a matter of In spite of that, the stand is truly Having put up my tree the day after Thanksgiving, I water it twice a day ever since

Not only is it alive as of January 11, but it also has a new mission to fulfill There are new buds on the way! I feel like a child at Christmas! There is a well in the tree stand, which might account for this. Highly recommended.

Trees that are 12' tall are perfect! My wife and I received this just a short while ago and have already put up our 12' Christmas tree

You can find our tree on Amazon by searching for "ASIN B0045VG324" - only a 2-hour wait There is a base of 1 inch on the tree but this stand locks it in place with four eyelets A bolt. For Goliath tree stands that require a larger tree base, the diameter of the tree canopy should exceed In addition to the 72"-TV, we bought a A skirt with ornaments and a waistband ties the whole look together A ribbon.

I wish you all a very merry The design is simple and sturdy
5/5

As there were only one or two trees more than 4 feet tall remaining at the school where we usually purchase our Christmas trees, we purchased the 9 foot tree instead. We wrestled it inside the house and put it in a modest stand, and it stayed up for about two minutes before it listed, bent the metal stand, and fell. It was just a trick to use the Goliath. The task of tipping over my 9 foot tree would take real strength, and perhaps even a much taller one, though that would probably be overkill for a 5-foot one There is only one foot. My experience with the welds has been good, and I expect it to last. I highly recommend this.
