Product Description

The rotating tree base can be used for artificial trees up to 7-1/2' in height

Questions & Answers

Is it strong enough to hold a tree the height of 4 feet?

We have trees that are either 5 feet and 6 feet or 6 feet and 7 feet tall. My memory fails me. It can easily hold a small tree, so I don't see why there would be any problems

I know I have a broken small gear inside my stand. Can anyone tell me where I can replace it? How are you?

Not at all. There is a need for a new stand. I have had my old one for 10 years, and it did the same thing after that, so overall it's a great product.

Will this work with a prelit The height of a 5 foot tall person?

So far I've only used it on a small table top tree. According to the description, it works on Windows I was supposed to do 5, but I didn't. As far as I am concerned, it has been very enjoyable.

How does this stand get its strength? Is there a particular type of plastic used? The section of my belt I need to replace just broke, and I need to replace it as soon as possible The correct kind of glue must be used! ?

There is no way for me to * If one of my legs breaks (Depending on where it breaks). I'll be happy to have this stand around. If there was a broken leg cavity, I would place a piece of wood (a ruler maybe or some paint sticks) in the cavity to serve as a brace. Once this is done, I would take a spray bottle and spray water on the inside of the leg cavity. After applying Gorilla glue and clamping it, I would peel it off the glue. I wish you the best of luck

The fuse blows and the motor It looked similar in design to the base that my Mom had 10 years ago on a spinning tree
3/5

Because the plastic gear had been stripped, I had to look for a new one. My mom's tree was a 7 foot tree, so I hoped it would be okay because of the decent rating. As a result, everything should have been fine. Everything worked perfectly for 24 hours before I replaced a fuse and it spun for about 2 hours before blowing a spare. The stand was not a snug fit, so the tree wobbled a lot in addition to the fuse issue. The base has been running smoothly for a week without any problems, rather than buying replacement fuses. I bought a bigger gold metal stand that is rated for 9-foot trees with adapters for trunk size instead of buying replacement fuses. Metal stands are four times more expensive, but the peace of mind it offers is worth it.

The review would be five stars if it was
3/5

Based on the other 94 five star reviews, I expected that my purchase would be just as good. The answer to that question is no. I would be thrilled if it continued to work! We were able to put our tree in just the right place. Even though we switched stands after the tree had been decorated, only a couple of people were injured. As we had to leave the house, we turned it off after a half hour. It worked great for an hour, but after that, it did not work anymore. The energy, which was working for an hour once we got home, completely shut off when we turned it off again. Turned off everything except for the computer. Neither a warning nor clicking noises were heard, nothing but a shutdown. This unit won't turn back on, which is very disappointing. We will now have to switch over to our other stand, and hope there will be no more casualties, in order to send this unit As for the return, I'm just glad it occurred within the return window.

My first impression of this tree stand was good, but I had issues after that
4/5

When I turned on the light for the first few times, I really loved it, but it began to flicker. Everything was in good working order. We checked all the bulbs and plug-in connections. When I turned it on and off several times, the lights stayed off for an extended period. As far as you can tell mine worked just fine while it was not rotating but it must have had a problem with the connection while rotating. Last night, I emailed the seller, who emailed me back today and refunded my money. As far as their customer service is concerned and judging by all the other positive reviews, I think it is a great product for the majority of people I believe I just received a faulty one, so I still rate it a 4 out of 5. I'm going to post my original review here What I wanted is exactly what I got! It is an older tree, so I was not certain that it would fit. As I didn't know how big the trunk was, I thought it might not, but it fit The top of it rotates at the perfect speed and does not wobble at all. As a result, I'm pretty sure my tree looked much taller than its original stand. There are 3 settings on the base 1) lights on, but it does not spin 2) off, but it spins 3) lights on, and it You plug in the stand to the wall and then attach all the lights to that and plug them into the base of the tree so that to shut off the tree you only have to unplug one plug from the wall if you don't want to go under the tree to turn it off. My favorite part is how easy it is to put together. Just slide the legs into the base and it is ready to use! While I was seriously considering spending close to $300 on a new rotating Christmas tree, I am thrilled that I bought this stand instead, I get the feeling of having a brand new tree at a fraction of the cost!.

A 7 is the best I can do
3/5

There are five trees in all. A 7 is the best I can do. There are five trees in all. '1) The 35 lbs weight was almost impossible for it to handle. You have to remove the plastic insert for the bigger pole or you won't be able to use it. It is exactly this plastic insert that maintains the straightness of the pole. The stand I bought had to be modified after I ran out of time to return and replace it. * B) They put the control switch in such an awkward location that- Rather than along the power cord away from the tree, the power cable should be on the center upright of the stand. As soon as the tree is up, you can't use the controls because you have to crawl under to reach them, and when you put gifts under the tree, you forget about them. A new stand would be nice as my tree pole is now permanently attached to the stand. 3 out of 5 stars for it working. ".
