Honeywell  Digital Ceramic Tower Heater, 1500 Watt, Black – Oscillating Ceramic Heater – Space Heater with Two Heat Settings

I've been running the HCE322V on LOW for a week in a 12x12 foot computer room. Honeywell responded to my question by stating that it consumes 900W at LOW speed, which is not stated on the company's website or in the user manual. It was necessary for me to send an e-mail. I'd send them an email to get this information because that's the energy-saving setting I'd use. The HIGH setting uses 1500W, which I believe Honeywell has marketed as a selling point. If you have a lot of things plugged into the same outlet or if your house's wiring is old, the circuit breaker may jump and you won't be able to use HIGH. br>br>At the same time, I purchased the HCE311V, which is a smaller cousin. They appear to be identical, with the exception that the smaller model, according to my understanding, uses 750W for LOW. Both units are fairly quiet on the LOW setting, so there is no need to turn up the TV volume in the room. I prefer the HCE322V over the HCE322V because it is about 9 inches taller and slightly more powerful on LOW. Because it is 9 inches taller, it is also easier to press the buttons. The 311V and 322V are about $10 apart on a regular basis. 00- In our neighborhood, it's 00 p. m. br>br>For me, the timer is an excellent feature, and I've used the 1-minute setting several times. I've used the hour timer a lot and it's always been accurate. However, I haven't used the thermostat feature because it only works on HIGH, which I don't need because I'm trying to save money. br>br>Honeywell offers a three-year warranty on their products. The unit comes with a one-year limited warranty, which sounds nice, but if you read the manual, you'll notice that if it malfunctions, you'll have to send it in at your own expense with a $10 fee. 00 to see if there's a problem with " charges for handling, return packing, and shipping". Instead of sending it in, if this unit breaks down after, say, two years, I'll put it in a recycling bin. br>br>This model comes highly recommended.

I purchased two, assuming that I would need both to heat my 650 square feet. The heater was smaller than I expected when I opened it, so I plugged one in and could feel the heat on the other side of my apartment almost immediately. I was skeptical at first, but this is an absolute must-have!.

I've had it for a long time (and am only now getting caught up on my Amazon reviews), and it's been with me through good times and bad. I recently moved into a new apartment with a strange heating system that only goes up to 75 degrees. I get cold easily and am used to having my heat set much higher, so this heater has stepped in to fill the void. When I'm getting ready in the morning, it keeps my bathroom toasty warm, and it keeps my bedroom toasty warm at night. It has a timer and oscillates, which are both great features that help me save money on my heating bill. br>br>I also own a small restaurant, and when we first opened, we didn't have any heat, and this thing heated up the entire front of the house by itself! We were able to get the HVAC guy in for a few days because of this. Now that I'm back at home, I'm able to use it again. It's a little noisy, but not as bad as some of the other heaters I've used. The loud beep is the only drawback. It's not a deal breaker, but it beeps every time you turn it on, press a button, or turn it off (and it goes through this strange countdown). Oh, and don't bother moving it. It has a feature that turns it off if it is knocked over, and it also beeps! Goodness. That clearly does not sit well with me, which is why I only gave it four stars. The beeping is the worst part, but the functionality is excellent!.

To begin, I'll say that this item appears to be attractive, but that is all it has going for it. br>It is obnoxious and ineffective. The cord/outlet was the only thing that heated up. We've tried this item twice now, both with outlets, and we've used another heater with the same wattage with no problems, so I know it's not the outlet. It was turned on at 6 p. m. in a small room. With both doors closed, it's a medium-sized room. The temperature in the room had increased by two degrees by 9 p. m. I checked the cord and it was hot, as was the outlet it was plugged into, which at the time had nothing else plugged in. br>Thankfully, we tested the outlet and it was fine; overall, I'd give it a 0/10 for performance.

My workplace is the coldest you've ever seen. There is no way to increase the temperature. While typing, my hands become icily icily icily icily I experimented with space heaters, blankets, and heating pads that were smaller in size. As if that wasn't bad enough, they overcool in the summer, resulting in a year-round freeze. I've always wondered if shivering all day could be considered exercise. After a long search, I finally purchased this bad boy. br>br>Now the entire office of men is yelling at me, accusing me of making our office too hot. They yell at me to turn it off because it's too hot, but I'm finally warm enough to type an email. I occasionally overheat, but I would never admit it to anyone for fear of losing this privilege. I don't bother packing extra clothes for the real winter or the overly air-conditioned summers any longer. I turn it on and direct the blast at my legs until they turn bright red. At long last, I've triumphed. br>br>I'm not sure what you're looking for in a heater, but I'm confident it'll suffice.
