It's a great value for the money, and it's simple to set up

For the price, the mantle looks fantastic, and it arrived within days of my order. The packaging was excellent. Because there are no studs above my fireplace, I'm not planning on putting much on the mantle in case the molly bolts fail. This is the first time I've used molly bolts. I'm quite pleased with the outcome.

They look fantastic, and the shelves are exactly what I needed. They're a little lighter than a shelf, but many of these are fireplace mantles, which are quite heavy. I hired a professional contractor to install them, but he struggled and couldn't use the hardware that came with them. I'm sure there's a YouTube video somewhere, but I doubt I could have done it without professional assistance. But once they're up, they're stunning.

With the exception of one minor flaw, it's fantastic

It mounts and looks great, with the exception of one minor flaw. The glue used to put it together must have leaked out in one of the corners, as there is a white blotch on one of the corners that doesn't match the rest of the mantel. That section had to be stained by hand.

The finish is lovely, and it's a breeze to put together

Although - I like the look and color (darker than pictured). It's worth noting that it's made up of wood pieces rather than a single solid piece. It still has the distressed look and feel that I was looking for.

NOT STRONG, arrived broken, was difficult to return, and half of the order was missing

The package was damaged when it arrived. We ordered two, but only one arrived, and the one that did arrived was damaged. Returning it was more expensive than purchasing it; it was not sturdy and appeared to be cheap.
