Questions & Answers
It stands about ten inches high and is about nine and a half inches wide. The fan blades obviously contribute to the width. No matter if it is the large or small fan, I can't figure it out. The only thing I know is that it heats approximately 700 square feet of living space relatively
In fact, it is virtually silent, not at all noisy. Even though the price is high, it's still quiet every time I start a fire. I hesitated to purchase it because of the price. I have found it to be well worth it in many different ways.
There is no wiring attached to the fan, since it is a stand-alone unit!
Having said that, it would be okay to use with a floor furnace since it does not require nuch heat. Having a small cast iron skillet set on the floor furnace grate will provide you with enough heat from the stove to run the fan once it is heated. It will resemble a small flat, circular surface for the heat to conduct through the fan fins.

Fantastic. It really cannot get any better than this. For a little over $120, I was able to get the largest size and I have not found a better heat lamp for the money. Warm air can be brought to all corners of your home by using the warmth of your wood stove. It's very noticeable that the wood stove is different now. My fiancé's mother came in from the wood stove after not seeing it for a year and noticed right away that she had to sit farther away than she did before. I may as well be using sorcery or magic, regardless, it works and I am contemplating getting another one and directing it in a different Keep an eye out for more.
I have owned these fans before and this is their latest version. This is a robust, substantial design. It seems like they are a little out of reach, The air is pushed off the stove and the fans are dead quiet and do not make much noise There is no need to use Keep an eye on them to make sure that they don't get knocked over too often. installed on a wood cook stove that's 150 years old. It was a good decision for me to choose black fan blades. There would have been too much visual impact with the gold ones. It just disappears visually when it is all black.
Electricity is not required. I like how you phrased it. There's a problem with it. It moves so little air, it's more of a novelty. Putting your hand right in front of the air will not cause you to feel its movement. In comparison, you could buy a $10 electric fan that pushes ten watts, for less than that price You should buy 20 times more air over the next 30 years, then pay for electricity to power it. The product appears to be quality made, but it's more of a conversation piece than a cost-saving device.
I've tried it and it won't work. It is necessary to put your hand very close to feel air (although it seems very dangerous to close your hand to it). It's so strong that it can't even compare with mine. I have an electric one, and it's wonderful. It may help for some very very tiny room, but I don't know how it will help me. I bought it because I thought it wouldn't make any noise. Despite its $129 price tag, it isn't really worth it. Money is wasted on useless things.
I am thankful that a replacement motor is available for $15 (just ordered) or else I would be really I would love to hear from anyone who has a better fan option.
Had I known how much it would help, I would have bought it rather early. Initially, I was hesitating due to the price, but we have a fairly large living room where the stove resides and it makes a HUGE difference! We have an electric fan at the entrance to the hallway that pushes heated air down the hall to the back of the house. This makes the whole room warmer, as well as sending the temperature up and down the entire house. It used to be that we would have to supplement the wood heat with our propane heater, but we rarely have to use it anymore. There is also no sound at all. There aren't enough words to describe how great it is.
The system effectively conveys a large amount of data in a quiet manner. We find the Caframo 812MXBX Limited AirMax Ecofan to be highly effective. With its efficacy and quiet running, it can efficiently move a large amount of heated air away from our woodstove and out of the larger open areas in our home. There is no doubt this is a quality product made by a quality Canadian company. Caframo products are not all created equal. Make sure the vendor sends you a Caframo product if you order one, as there are inferior quality wood stove fans on the market, and we received a Chinese-made fan while we were waiting. You want to be sure you are getting the product that was advertised and the product that you purchased.
The total will be $65. 95 + $9. I only think that motor lasted for 1 or 2 years in the 95 s! Payed $124 for the service. I'm 40 years old and have only used it for one year (-6 months + 6 months). This would have never been purchased if I had known. Get the most bang for your buck!.
