Please allow me to introduce myself as Hello, *br> *br>Thank you for reaching out to me with your question about our products. The fan unit is usually used when a gas fireplace insert is installed, however, if you have a traditional wood-burning fireplace, you may also install such a unit When this fan is used with a fireplace that has a similar design, it may be able to be used in that specific situation. All you would need to do is make sure the fan unit is in a room with enough space for it to be mounted, and that it is not exposed to direct fire or high temperatures. I would like to thank you once again for your question. Thank you, from all of us at AC Infinity. Kind regards,
If you want to buy one under your fireplace, then I would recommend buying the largest one you can fit. Since you can control the fan at 10 different speeds, this makes sense to me. Though I am not dissatisfied with the 14-inch model, I would have liked to have gotten a larger one to move more air when I needed it.
Dear Client, Thank you for taking the time to contact us about your inquiry. A power outage in your area will not affect the AIRBLAZE units. They will resume to the same settings. Please accept my thanks for your question. Thank you, from all of us at AC Infinity. Kind regards,

As you may have guessed, this was an installation on a fireplace that did not have a fan. In this case, the unit had to be secured by drilling a hole. It took a fair amount of time to maneuver the fan around the gas lines and screw some holes in the wall to secure the unit. Even though the firebox is a tight fit, my screwdriver fit under and I was able to install the unit. If the fan is screwed in, you need to plug it in in order for it to work. In order to bundle my cords on the left side underneath my fireplace, I velcroed the control unit and tucked it underneath the As of right now, mine is set to Automatic with a 95° temperature. In other words, the fan will kick on once the temperature reaches 95 degrees. I haven't had a problem with it. Automating the fan turned out to be the perfect solution for me since I didn't want to have to turn it on and off each day. I recommend
• Find out where you want to place your control unit first in order to determine how you will go about routing the wires and sensors. *Make sure the fireplace has been off for some time before you turn it on, otherwise you may burn your hand. • Try not to set the template too low if you run in If you do not, your fan will continue to run for hours blowing air. + It is very quiet in fact, it is very noiseless. The Max Volume Level 10 barely sounds at all to me. The fireplace blows hot air into the room even when it's off, and it uses the residual heat until the fireplace cools down, so it is still an efficient use of energy. The heat will turn off at a certain temperature when the Auto Mode is enabled. 95 degrees is the temperature I use. + Display has an Eco mode that you can switch off if you don't want it. It comes with a wide variety of installation tools/accessories for various configurations. A FEW NEGATIIVES The fan is a little weak, to be honest. It would have been nice to have a little more power and airflow. It is possible that I won't use this system after installing some metal sheets to direct the airflow in a more effective manner. I note *br The control unit cords are somewhat clunky and not as elegant as they could be. There are actually three plugs that connect to the bottom of the display unit, but they aren't shown very clearly. I couldn't put the controls where I would like since they were so long. I would recommend only using this if your location is far away from the control unit.
On the first couple days, we experimented with lower speeds to determine how loud/noticeable the noise really It was quite loud (noticeable, but not irritating) even when run at full speed, but eventually we settled on running it at full speed. This is an awesome product, and I wish I would have gotten it sooner. As a result of this new fan, the room would become noticeably warmer in a much shorter amount of time than simply through radiant heat. I didn't have any trouble installing the software. It's very If you have an outlet in the space under your fireplace, just check. It is typical for most pilot lights to already have one. Dust will accumulate under the fireplace so you may need to vacuum it all up. The fan slid to the back of the space very easily. By mounting the controller with the Velcro provided, we were able to mount it just above ground level on the right side of the fireplace. The fan was programmed to kick on to max speed when the temperature probe read 100 degrees Fahrenheit in our case. You should not wait almost 8 years if you have a gas fireplace in your home and it does not have any fan to circulate the heat. Now is the time to get it!.
Compared to other speakers I've tried, this one is quieter. With all of the functions it has and choosing the right temperature to start and stop the fan, it can be a bit confusing to set up, but installation was fairly straightforward.
This fan was installed as a replacement for a defective one in my fireplace insert. There was a slight adjustment to the fan for clearance, but this was not a big deal, and the rest of the installation went smoothly. Mounting accessories for the fan and the controller are included in the kit Once the fan was installed, the first thing I noticed was how quiet it The new fan is much quieter than the original fan when operating at full speed. I am relatively satisfied with the performance of the new fan seeing that it produces almost as much airflow as the original, but that is not an issue at all. I couldn't run the original fan at full speed because of the noise, so I am pretty happy as long as it keeps working. There is a two year warranty in the package, but I don't expect to need to use.
As soon as I got this unit, I was ecstatic. Our search for a gas fireplace fan ended here because it seemed to have everything we wanted. Control box mounted on the wall, auto on off features, quiet operation, etc. Unfortunately, the images do not show that the only way to wire the control box is to have three plugs (wall power, power to fan, temperature sensor) all protruding from the bottom of the device. A large box mounted to the wall is shown in every picture, but the wiring is not visible. The design of the device makes it impossible for that to happen. A reply from the manufacturer was not received after I contacted them. I find the ascetical style of this apartment to be a deal breaker, and the pictures used to advertise it give us a false impression.
I did not get a chance to try to install it because it arrived on the day I was leaving. I put it on the outside of the fireplace, however, and it has made a big difference for me. This fan is much quieter and appears to be very powerful compared with the factory fan. Even though I need to learn the fan controls a bit better, I am very satisfied A gas fireplace in the family room provides most of the heat in the home. As soon as I plugged in the fan, I noticed a huge difference in Imagine how much better the result will be when I have everything installed the way it should be. There is a lot less noise and more power in this fan than the original one. It's a great purchase and I'm very pleased with it.
