Our Tornado 16 Inch Digital Wall Mount Fan has been a great addition to our home. However, it has become difficult to start in recent weeks, so we removed the front screen and yanked the blade to start it (old fashioned biplane style). The fan worked well once it was up to speed. Until last night, this had been working sporadically. The motor simply ground to a halt after about an hour of service, making only a noise and refusing to start. br>I emailed their customer service and told them about my experience. Within hours, Tornado responded:br>"We realized that your order is back in 2018," Tornado said. Normally, this order comes with a 12-month warranty. However, because this is such a difficult time for everyone, we are willing to provide you with a brand new fan at no cost to you. Please double-check the address where your package will be delivered. Thank you very much! "br>br>Who does this for a living? Yes, our fan has been a great help to us. We, on the other hand, now adore the company that turned us into fans. Let's show our support for people who excel at customer service.
If I could give 6 stars, it would be because. Out of the many options on Amazon, it took me some time to find this high-quality wall fan with remote control. The fan was affixed to the wall by me. It came with an easy-to-understand user manual. The remote is very easy to operate, and I can easily adjust the time, speed, oscillation, and angle. If I had the option, I would give 6 stars! It causes the air in my garage to move! And the oscillating makes very little noise; in fact, this fan is one of the quietest I've ever owned. In the summer, it can reach 110 degrees, and I'm prepared this year. The timer function is very convenient, and I can set it to allow the garage to cool down before automatically turning it off. I've bought other fans from Home Depot in the past, but none of them were of the same high quality as this one. I'd like to get a second one so that I can have two in my garage. When I emailed their customer service, they told me that one remote control can control as many fans as I want! Definitely worth it!.
The use of a remote control is ideal for a loft bed. Customer service that is second to none. In a small upper-floor bedroom with a loft bed (where we couldn't have a ceiling fan), a mounted 16" Tornado Fan is being used. My daughter likes the different modes that this model offers because it produces a lot of air. Because the fan is mounted high on the wall, she will need the included remote control to operate it from her loft. I'd like to point out that the Tornado Fan company also provides unrivaled customer service in today's market. I had a problem with my original unit, and the Tornado Fan representative agreed to send a direct replacement right away after just one phone call. It's unusual to see businesses stand behind their products and treat their customers with such respect. I was blown away.
br>br>First and foremost, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Without a doubt, five stars! br>br>Easy to assemble thanks to part connections that are intuitive. In less than 5 minutes, I was able to assemble everything. It's simple to follow the directions. br>It's a good size for a typical bedroom. The materials are extremely strong. br>When the airflow is set to low, the breeze is just right. This beast creates a tornado-like airflow when set to its highest setting! br>When I first tried out the three modes, I was confused. The power changes in nature mode to give me a realistic wind sensation. The power changes less frequently in sleep mode, which makes it easier for me to fall asleep. Without touching a single button, I was able to enjoy the dynamic airflow. The remote control is self-explanatory and very useful when I need it. From a distance of 15 feet, I can easily control this fan. br>br>I would suggest this to anyone looking for wall fans this summer.
Within a week, it had completely disintegrated. I installed it in my bedroom and was pleasantly surprised by how simple it was to set up the FAN. br>For a 10X10sqft bedroom, the fan DID blow a significant amount of air. However, everything began to fall apart within a week. I began to hear a rattling noise coming from the motor housing, as if something had become loose. Over the next two days, the din became increasingly loud. You can clearly hear it in the video when I turn it off (but I could hear it even when it was running). br>br>The customer service is terrible. I'm close to the end of my return policy and was considering exchanging to give it another chance. I attempted to contact customer service twice and received no response both times. What good is a 5-year warranty if you don't get a response? br>I immediately returned it and would not advise anyone to do so. br>br>I'm going to reorder it and give it another shot because I've already drilled holes for this wall mount. But I'm not sure if it'll last longer than a week.
Because I am a "sweater" and my bathroom is located on the side of the house that receives morning sun, I require air circulation while applying makeup and styling my hair. I didn't want to give up the chandelier in the middle of the ceiling for a ceiling fan, as I had done in previous bathrooms, so I went with this wall-mounted fan. Because it is so high up (ceilings are 12 feet tall), I use the remote control, and it makes a significant difference in the room temperature. It's so much fun that I have to turn it off right before I use hair spray on my hair to avoid undoing what I've already done, ha!.
Winds are blowing strongly. br>Negative: the electric cord is too short, and the logo breastplate was put together backwards. I only gave it four stars because of the cord.
