Okay, I must give 10 stars to these fans because they are really strong and they came just in time since Chicago hit 81 degrees unexpectedly. My apartment was both hot and stuffy during this time. The windows were now cool and one of the fans was in the living room and the other in the bedroom, and my apartment cooled down very quickly when I had the AC on. Those hairy Shih Tzus were in heaven, and I was too. I am also glad I found them at an affordable price.

My favourite part of the remote is its ease of use. If it gets too cold, no need to get out of bed to turn off the fan. I really like it! As well as the options, there are other features. This is my favorite. I like the simplicity of the wind option. The fan is so easy to install.

In high, med, and low settings, both worked on a car I didn't see any other reviewers mention this fact* * Great purchase! These fans are a great choice to move warm air from our wood stove to the rest of the house! They are quiet, move a lot of air, and move it well. Fans themselves are quiet enough for how much air they move, and they would be quiet for a normal installation (over drywall, on a stud) but one of ours is mounted on a bare stud of a framed doorway and the vibration is acute. You can dry dishes behind it by putting down a mat From the sound of an airplane directly over my house to a low hum of someone vacuuming 4 rooms away, it became a low hum. Using the remotes works on both, simply point at the one you want to control. If the other remote dies or the dog chews on it, then you'll be able to save the other one for when it is lost or broken.

I got a defective fan in the first set of fans I ordered, but Amazon quickly replaced it for me. One of the fans requires a lot of effort to operate via the remote, but it is not a deal breaker since I have already returned it once. With the exception of this particular remote difficulty, these fans are nice and quiet.

The thing I love most about these fans is that they are SO EASY to remove from the wall, disassemble the cage and blades, get clean, and put all back together with ease. As for noise level, I gave them 4 stars because I had nothing else to compare them to. The only thing that could possibly make me happier is for them to just be silent. It's possible that other people enjoy loud fans as well. However, I don't know how well they compare to others when it comes to sound, but I CAN say that they are much easier to clean than the Amazon Basics floor fan I bought, which does not come apart and is nearly My use of them for exterminating gnats is in the same manner as our company uses ants. A bunch of fans will simply blow them around so they cannot fly to their goals in the first place. Zappers, traps, and so on are all lame compared to blowing a bunch of fans around. To start, I want to point out that price was the primary motivator for my purchase. Two remote controlled fans for a low fee? I'm in. A room in my house gets a little too hot, even with the air conditioning and ceiling fan running. SO I got one of these for that room. Besides the one for the garage, I got one for the house. Despite being relatively quiet and producing a big amount of wind, they are quite noisy. was expecting them to be "okay" for the price, but I would say they are actually "good"! These are very easy to install, all you have to do is screw them in place, hang them, and voila. Power cords are a little shorter than I expected, especially since the fan is wall mounted. There are usually power outlets down by the floor, and these cords are like four to six feet long. The majority of people want the fans up higher. That's not good. This is a 10-point scale It would be much more useful to have a power cord that is 12 feet long. It is possible that you will need an extension cord if you want the fan installed in a particular location.

The remote control works as intended. On this machine, there is an oscillation feature, out of which four fans change the speed and alter the oscillation. The solution I came up with is perfect for me. I'm a happy sofa potato as long as I don't have to get up to make it go wooosh. The bottom line is It's a good price for two fans that work well, but there are no wind guards to keep them from blowing directly on the floor. A big thumbs up from me.
