This was probably the best $30 I've ever spent because my house's air conditioner had broken and I needed something. as quickly as possible I didn't have access to a ceiling fan, so I needed something strong and durable. It was absolutely necessary for me because I am extremely hot. This is incredible, and the fact that it's controlled by a remote? It's amazing. To connect it to Alexa, I purchased some smart plugs. People who are sluggish come together to form a group.

I bought two of these, one of which worked for about a day and the other of which was dead when I got it. I did, in fact, change the batteries several times. Nothing seemed to work. br>Another issue I have with the second one is that when it swings, it makes a vibrating noise. I disassembled it and reassembled it to ensure that everything was tightened, and the noise went away for the first two swings before returning on the third swing. Now I'm at a loss for what to do. The fan works, and it's simple to install, but the noise and shoddy remotes make me think it's not worth the money; I'll stick with my old pull chain fan, which has served me well for the past five years. br>br>I've contacted customer service regarding the remotes, and once I hear back, I'll update my review if necessary. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> They sent me replacement remotes, but one of them stopped working as well, leaving the fan stuck in Nature mode with no way to manually change it back to Normal. This is by far the most obnoxious fan I've ever had. There will be no more.

So far, everything has gone well. Does yours, on the other hand, have a peculiar odor? I'm not sure what it is, but I'm hoping it will go away soon. I've only had it for a few hours. I didn't need the instructions because it was so simple to put together. Because the remote did not come with batteries, I only gave it three starts. I haven't used it yet because I'm out of triple A's.

It's a great price, it's simple to put together, and it takes up none of our limited floor space. We live in a house that is less than 900 square feet. ft. and have a husky, a toddler, and a giant husband who has a habit of breaking things (he's a lovable goof, he just isn't paying attention). Previous floor fans were kicked across the room, knocked over, and eventually broken, so this is an ideal replacement. Although there does not appear to be much of a difference between the settings, it is powerful enough to cool our entire living room/kitchen area. I would strongly suggest it.

With the Oscillating motion, I raised it high enough to push air down and out of the garage. I don't have to climb up onto the workbench to turn it on because it's controlled by a remote. Great product, simple to install, and plenty of airflow. Although it isn't particularly powerful, it makes a significant difference! This is a product that I wholeheartedly endorse.

  It's fine, I suppose; I had hoped for more from this fan. The fan was perfect as soon as I turned it on last night, but now that it's running, it keeps making an annoying sound. It's bothersome to me, especially when I'm sleeping, because I don't want to hear clicks and clanks, but hopefully it goes away soon, as it's not hitting anything and it's brand new. I like having control; it's nice to be able to turn on the fan from the comfort of my bed or even the couch. Finally, when I ordered the item, it was shipped by UPS, which I dislike because UPS always damages my packages or leaves them outside, where they are promptly stolen by my neighbors in the neighborhood. At least with this order, I was able to request to pick it up, but the tracking was terrible with Amazon and UPS, and I ended up receiving my package a day late, and I was told if I didn't make it within 72 hours (3 days), it would be returned to me. Personally, I don't order much from Amazon unless they deliver it themselves because I despise the hassle of trying to track down my package and dealing with automated systems. If you want a fan to keep you cool, this is a good one to get. Just make sure you're on top of the tracking because I got the runaround at first. br>br>Update: As a result, the fan can only be set to high or else it will make that irritating noise. I'm not sure why I bought this, but I can't bring myself to return it because, A: The breeze feels good, but A it'll be a hassle, and I'll have to wait longer than usual for a return, and I'm not waiting longer because of an employee or company, and finally, C it's even more annoying because I have a lot of houseplants, and the fan breeze keeps breaking my new leafs that are coming because it's on high, so I guess I don't know if you want to stay cool, go for it, but it's annoying that I can.

The motor housing of the fan had been smashed when it arrived. I waited about 3 weeks for it to arrive and decided to set it up and use it broken, only to discover that some of the pieces were missing. I returned the item and received no refund or replacement, so I effectively wasted my money.

Overall, it's a good fan for the money. Because it comes in separate parts, you'll have to put it together. br>br>Quality is adequate. The blades are a little flimsy, but they get the job done. The remote is easy to use and responds quickly. br>br>I gave it four stars because the fan's middle piece didn't fit snugly enough to secure the blade to the spinning rod. The blade had to be taped to the fan's spinning blade. After some MacGyver-style experimentation, I discovered a solution that now works perfectly.
