The fan is perfect for a room in the attic that gets hot during the day. So, I don't have to remember to turn off the fan before bed, I can schedule it to shut off The overall quality of this fan is good. Using the instructions, it is easy to assemble. It has a lot of power. A fan like this isn't designed for gentle breezes. The mount is easy to install. In addition, you can easily remove the fan if you want to. Although it is not heavy, holding it is a bit uncomfortable. It is important to mount it in a high location. There is a slight downward slope, and it can be adjusted to point lower, but it is not find it a bit frustrating that the different settings let the fan alternate between on and off every second or so. In the interest of the motor, I would be hesitant to use this setting. It is nice to have a remote, however, if you want to set a timer, you will need one. Using the fan directly does not allow you to set a timer. I'm a big fan of hers.

I was able to put the fan together and mount it without much difficulty. Compared to what I expected, it's a lot noisier. There is another one just like it from another manufacturer that is a lot quieter than this one. The fan is rather close to the person, so it is difficult to talk. The flow is good as well.
I have one in front and one in the back I seriously consider replacement of the south-facing air conditioning if I get back there, and I want to replace the north-facing air conditioning if I can. An extremely hot laundry room is on the other side of the house. This is a great fan to use in rooms where there is no extra floor space. I highly recommend this book!.
After getting my first fan, it completely died just a month after I got it. I really like it, but the first one died completely just a month after I I had it replaced for free by the company, which is great. In light of the fact that the first one lasted so short a time, I'm not sure I have a lot of confidence in the quality and life of the new one. I would give it 5 stars if it was guaranteed to last a couple of years, but I do not know if they will last too long, so I give them three stars. *********I like the fan because it is not in the way, off of the floor, A remote control would be nice as well. For a few months between June 19 and August 2020, I used it quite a bit. Most of the time, it was on during the night when I would wake up hot, and it was turned off after that. It was on Aug. 31 that it ended. There was no sound when the machine was on, but then a beeping noise started along with other computer-like sounds, and then it slowly started to die with the sounds. I had not been able to get it working at first. It now just makes a constant beeping / whining noise while plugged in, without doing anything. The fan initially appealed to me, but I don't think it will last more than two months. We have contacted the seller, but have not heard back. If they fix it or not, we'll have to wait and see.
A fan that irritates me in both ways. There is a problem with the power cord, since you cannot mount the fan directly OVER an outlet unless you install it directly over it. Installation/montage of this unit was OK. We mounted it at a maximum of 6 ft from the ground unless we had very high outlets. It is difficult to understand all of the instructions, but most of them are understandable. I also tried to adjust the height and it wouldn't work now that I have it all assembled and mounted. To adjust the position of the fan, tilt it to the desired angle. the lever does not tilt. I have this installed and do not want to go through the disassembly and return To compare to trying to wire in a ceiling fan, this was a test to see if I could do this in a number of rooms. It's the only one I'm going to keep, so I won't bother buying.
