No, it doesn't oscillate, but u can easily turn it very easily with one hand in the direction you want.
In other words, the fan base rotates, and the pivot lets the fan tilt. With the fan, you can direct it anywhere you want.
It is true. There are three prongs on the plug. Two of them were purchased for the backyard patio, and we're very happy with them.
During the summer, my garage is filled with a fan. Southeast Georgia is always humid, and I live in a humid environment. As far as I know, it has not rusted or had any problems with its operation. My good fortune was to purchase this fan, and I think you will be very satisfied with its operation and appearance. If you want to cover your porch awning, I would recommend this.

Currently, I have 3 Air King fans on in my basement to keep the air moving. These are two of the ceiling-mounted fans we are reviewing here (one of the Air King fans is free-standing, but the size is the same). In addition, I run all three fans on timers (15 minutes The system is on 24 hours a day with the cycles off every 30 minutes). Since I have been using the freestanding Air King, the cheap box fans I used to use would stop working after a year or two. If the motors were shorted or quit, we would experience a failure. As a mounting tip, here is what you need to do. I mounted the fan directly under the kitchen in my basement, which transferred vibrations up into the kitchen (the fan is located in another room below my Antivirus software was easy to install I bought it and installed it There are rubber vibration isolators between the fan and the mounting board I used to fix the works to the joists that I found here on Amazon. I can hear the fan like a mouse now!.
There's nothing better than this fan. In one of my two car garages, it is mounted. Between the trusses and at the base of the beam I added some 2x6s to make sure it would stay put. Other people have mentioned that some of the finish isn't perfect, but because the ceiling is so high, the imperfections aren't visible. As soon as it was up, I bought a 3 foot section of ceiling fan pull and attached the included handle. There is a manual switch that rotates the fan from side to side and up and down. In the attic, I attached the included safety cable via an eye bolt and into a 2x6. When this fan is running at full speed, it doesn't seem to move at all. With low and medium settings, it cools things down quite a bit and ventilates the garage quite well. The overall build quality is very good, and I would buy this product again, or recommend it to a friend. Here are a couple of things In addition to the missing 4 lag bolts and washers, as well as the additional ceiling fan pull line to operate, it was not included. I would also recommend that if you plan on using the safety cable you purchase an eye bolt, as the lead is just around 6 inches, which was too short for my ceilings. It's just that you need to pick up the items at your local hardware store it's not a disadvantage.
Sincerely, I thought this was going to be a cardio fan for my weightroom. Whatever the case, here are the pros and cons. I like it There's a ton of air pushed in regardless of which of the three settings it is It comes with a 3 prong plug, just in case you don't feel like hard wiring There are 3 settings in the pulling chain, and it can be adjusted in terms of direction. This is bad There appears to be a problem with the fans, they shake a lot. As it runs, it seems to go up and down slightly in speed, going from a very slow pace to an increasingly fast pace. The threads were a little damaged, so it was a little difficult to thread the fan into the base for mounting. It would be much better to have a turn switch than a pull chain in this unit. This patch does what it's supposed to, but it doesn't work.
It has just taken me less than a week to install a motorized ceiling fan in For mounting the fan, I used six very large screws to ensure it was securely attached to the ceiling beam. In case the mounting fails for any reason, the safety cable can serve as a backup.
Despite what looks like a functional fan, it has a lot of cracked or poorly finished As you can see, it's not visually appealing and I would have returned it if I hadn't already had an electrician install it. Poor interior construction will not last very long if the surface finish is as poor as the interior construction.
I have to keep it on a low setting due to the power of the fan!.
I'm very pleased with how well this fan works. In addition to being powerful, well constructed, and not terribly noisy, it moves a lot of air. I have not had any issues with the website for the past month. The purchase was very positive, and I will buy more air king in the future.
You can put this on the ceiling of your My garage door mechanism has been mounted to a stud, so I knew finding one wouldn't be a problem. However, the garage door mechanism was missing lag screws in which to mount it. In order to be sure I was doing it right, I had to visit Ace Hardware after watching a video on youtube. The screw holes in the ceiling attachment were 4, 3, 6, and 9 as you see on the clock, which restricts the number of screws you can use in the stud. While I had no problem getting holes 12 and 6 in the stud, the holes 3 and 9 could not be put in due to the base's width. There are two 1in 5/16 lag screws for each fan, and each one should easily withstand more than 100lbs owing to the fan's weight. Please provide the screws next time so I can give you 5 stars. We are very happy regardless of what happens. I exercise on it because it does not shake, and it provides a lot of air.
