The two fans I ordered in September 2018 were shipped to the United States. The first thing I want to say is that I like the fans because they put out a lot of air and oscillate slowly. I like the fact that I don't need to take up any floor space in my small bedroom because the remote works well. In the end, one of these fans had an issue and the blades stopped turning after two months. I didn't keep the box, and since the other fan was still going strong, I was simply going to discard it. After seeing my review on this, customer service contacted me and offered to replace this fan as well as offer an extended warranty for me. I am one happy customer as this fan is truly a fantastic product and the other one I purchased in September has not given me any trouble I've won my business for life thanks to Tornado as I require a fan to sleep at night.
So in summary, if you ever get a bad fan, contact this amazing company and they'll take care of the problem.

It is great to have this fan! All the pieces are plastic, which could be seen as a negative, however the material is really sturdy, so that absolutely It seems to be the only one on the market with ball bearings. Over the past couple of years, I've purchased a number of wall fans and they all stopped working after a short period of time. My Tornado Wall Fan is great! It's quiet, reliable, and I enjoy it because it has a remote control! This product is an obvious improvement over my previous purchases in terms of quality and design. It's a very powerful fan, and I've never turned it up more than the lowest setting and it doesn't vibrate even when running at that level. Additionally, it has a very nice appearance. I was very pleased with the overall outcome.

Four fans were set up around the living areas and we really like that it can be tilted and that the oscillation is excellent! Despite the fact that the brackets came with the fans, the fans remain I found the only downside to be the cord length. It would be better to have 6'!.

Wow, a remote for a remote. I've never had a remote before, and that's the feature I like the most. A single remote control can be used for as many tornado fans as you wish. The first step is easy. It looks good and the design is well done. In addition to being easily mounted on walls, they are very sturdy. Upon emailing, I had an issue with one of the fans and they sent a new one quickly. That is customer service at Walmart levels.

It's amazing how many oscillation options there are. The blade was a little shaky until I added a washer between the blade housing and the I feel like I'm in a wind tunnel on my porch with the two of them. I am in love with.

For the past month, I have had these fans in my garage and have been completely satisfied with their performance. It's near my punching bag (heavy bag) & and I'm thinking of getting one My treadmill has one near it. The motor cases of both fans were cracked, as has been noted in other reviews. It may have reduced the performance of either fan a little, but that hasn't affected its performance in any way, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of cheap fans.

It is best to keep paper or other lightweight things at low speed if you don't want it to blow A quality and appearance as well as a good performance can be found in this product. It is a great wall fan that I recommend to all if they have a need for one.
