"30," it says in the box. "35.9 LBS Gross Weight" and "9 LBS Gross Weight" are two phrases that come to mind when thinking about Gross Weight: 27 lbs.
60dB. It doesn't bother me in the least, but it irritates my husband to the point where he turns it off at night and we wake up in a swamp. This dehumidifier is one of my favorites because it removes more than twice as much moisture as our previous one. However, I'm looking for a quieter dehumidifier because your husband's most effective dehumidifier is the one he leaves on all night! (When the bucket fills, it also beeps 5 or 6 times loudly.) When I'm downstairs during the day, this comes in handy. However, at 4 a.m., this is inconvenient. Unfortunately, I don't know how to disable this alarm.
A standard garden hose will work, but I went with WM's 6 foot Washing Machine Hose. It works fine; it's a female to female hose with metal connectors on both ends, each with a diameter of one inch. The hose has a diameter of about 5/8 inch. br>br>I wrapped plumbers tape around the dehumidifier's male connector and connected it to the washing machine hose. I've had the unit on for about 16 hours and there are no leaks in the hose. A small amount of condensation forms on the metal female connector, but not nearly enough to cause it to drip. Make sure the hose is positioned so that gravity can pull the water downward.
Yes, my car is self-driving. defrosts. The frost, on the other hand, drains into the bucket rather than the attached drain hose. As a result, after a few frosts, the bucket will fill and the purpose of having a continuous drain plugged in will be defeated. It works well if I keep the humidity high enough that it doesn't freeze.

The Vremi 30 pint dehumidifier does an excellent job of keeping condensation off my windows, which was my main motivation for purchasing it. Every morning, water would pool on the windowsill and drip on the floor, giving you an idea of how bad my condensation problem was. This morning, there was no problem! This dehumidifier, on the other hand, is INCREDIBLY LOUD. It's the equivalent of sleeping next to a clunky old furnace or an old in-law suite. AC unit in the window To be clear, when the dehumidifier is set to Comfort mode, this is what happens. When set to Turbo mode, it becomes even louder. br>br>It is highly recommended that you use this dehumidifier in a living room or basement space. It does a fantastic job of keeping moisture at bay. If you're buying this for your bedroom and you're not a heavy sleeper, choose another brand because you'll never be able to sleep properly again with this machine on.
Moisture is present. It's winter, so there's not as much moisture as there will be in six months. So I'm going to need a dehumidifier. br>br>The dehumidifier comes in a witty box with plenty of dry anthropomorphized instructions on how to care for it. When I opened the box, I discovered the manual, which was exactly the type of humor I enjoy. The manual explicitly states that it is a manual. That made me laugh out loud. br>br>Now it's time to talk about the actual unit. It comes in a nice package and isn't too complicated. I was able to quickly set it up and have it operational in less than five minutes. (Yes, I followed the instructions on the box and allowed it to "rest" for 24 hours after being delivered in the cold. ) I left the unit running for a few hours and noticed a significant difference in humidity, as well as a significant amount of water in the tank. It's now a comfort setting that monitors humidity levels and activates when necessary. br>br>Seems to be a well-made device; I'll update this review next summer when my windows are usually steamy from the air conditioning.
It's been difficult for me to keep the humidity below 60 percent. It was only delivered to me yesterday. I made the connection. It's now 45 minutes later! If you have a small space, the 30 pint is the best option. I have a small room, but I needed this large one for the entire house because I'm having breathing problems. Marijuana is a drug that is used to treat a variety of ailments. inflammable It allows me to breathe by opening me up. I'm not interested in vaping mildew or bud rot. Because it produces heat on the right side of the dehumidifier, I must adjust the temperature in my room. It works wonderfully as a dehumidifier. So far, there have been no complaints.
We haven't had this dehumidifier long enough to give it a true rating for durability, but it is certainly 5 stars for ease of use and value for the money. br>In our coastal home, we already have 50-pint dehumidifier units in the living areas, and I wanted to get one for our bedroom specifically. Although a 50-pint unit would be too large and take up more space than we have, and 20-pint units are great for RV and bathroom needs, I chose this 30-pint unit to quickly remove humidity from our 15-by-15-foot bedroom in the mornings. Because the Vremi received such positive feedback, I decided to give it a try, and I must say that I am quite impressed so far. To begin with, it's extremely quiet. The controls are simple to use, and the instruction booklet is written in plain English. The comfort mode is amazing, and I use the timer every morning for 1 hour and it brings the humidity down to 50% with easiness. If you need to move the unit back and forth, the caster wheels come in handy. We haven't yet set it up to draw water from the hose outside, but the holding tank is simple to empty and large enough that I only have to empty it about twice a week for our needs! It's actually a lot nicer to look at than the standard white boxing rectangle dehumidifiers that are all over the place. It's the first one we've had with a built-in power cord holder, which is convenient if you don't want your cord to be too long. So far, everything about this unit has been great, and I'm glad I went with the 30 pint Vremi for a medium-sized application. Yes, I could have gotten by with a 20 pint, which would have taken up less space but would have taken longer to draw out the moisture, but for our needs, this one is fantastic, and I'm glad I read all of the reviews on Amazon before purchasing it. Better than a wise decision!!.
Unfortunately, what should have been a brand new purchase came with some sort of slime or other residue preloaded. I'm glad someone spared me the trouble of wasting time and possibly harming my health by operating this device.
It was given to me as part of a promotional package. I'm glad I did it. Within 6 hours of my first run, the tank was completely full. Running it to reduce humidity in your home is much less expensive than running the entire house a/c system for a two-story home with one zone. Furthermore, when it's cold outside, you wouldn't want to run the air conditioner. I'm not easily impressed, but this thing blew my mind. Either there was a lot of water in the air at home, or there is a magical water fountain: I also used it to dry out the carpeting in a Prius that had been damaged by water. There will be no stench anymore! yay! Its large capacity makes it ideal for use in attics as well. Is there anything you could do to make it better? The 'Comfort' mode should be adjustable to the humidity level I want to keep. It turns on and off at random times. That's not to say it's bad; it's just that it'd be nice to have. there is a setting.
