There are five liters in a litre. I was given 66 gallons, though I didn't notice.
There is an 1100 square foot basement in our house, and it works beautifully! It's empty one at a time Depending on how humid it is, you may need to wash your hands twice per day. In the summer, you get up twice a day, in the winter you get up

My review of this was earlier this week, and I wanted I am (was) emptying my water reservoir first thing every morning, and I do it all day long. My search for directions re didn't turn up any results I read all the reviews and tried out all the suggestions to see how the water line worked. I would suggest unplugging the unit before trying to attach the hose unless you want water all over the floor. The hose is NOT 6 feet long, it is at most three feet long at best. Lastly, #3 You should position the drain unit higher than the bucket/container to which you will drain There is a small problem here, however. Since the hose is so thin, my garage door would have simply crushed it. Because of this, I had to drain the water It kept draining into the unit's reservoir even after I did all of these items. Having removed the hose again to ensure I was plugging the correct end into the outlet (FYI, it doesn't matter), I stuck my finger in the hole, and lo and behold, there was a black plug just inside the part to which the hose is attached. I messed up! let me put it this way After connecting the hose (quickly) and draining successfully, everything is working as it should. Due to the fact that I saw there were other reviews with other people experiencing the same issue with the drain hose "not working", I am bringing this up. I guess it is time to "pull the plug"!.
The dehumidifier is a huge improvement over the previous models I've owned. Having 2 Ivation units, one purchased in 2012 for the garage and another in 2018, I have two Ivation units in my While they are quite noisy, they still function well. I decided to purchase a backup because one of the others may fail and ordering leads times are longer than before. When I checked Amazon for the backup unit, the Ivation model is over $300 and still just as noisy as before. Trying to determine what other options were available, I stumbled upon the Kesnos in my Amazon search, which was very reasonably priced at $179 and the only 5-pounder that was available A 2-star review is the highest I've seen for a dehumidifier. As it turned out, I needed a third dehumidifier the day after the Kesnos arrived. It just so happened that we had to open the crawl space in our house, which contains our two cats. Despite the fact that the 5 ton geothermal system and ducts drip sweat and mold is growing, they remain in use. After cleaning off the mold (using proper masks and protective gear), we dried everything up thoroughly. As we sat the Kesnos in the crawl space, we made sure to use a stool to give it the height necessary for gravity to flow the water into the condensation pan that holds the heating and cooling equipment. As soon as we started it, it had a 75% efficiency. In the crawl space, the next day it was 60% humidity, and the next day it was 40%, so we set it to 40% humidity and now everything is dry. There is a small pump in the crawl space for removing rain water outside and it is still working well. With over 1 gallon of capacity, the Kesnos tank is larger than the Ivation tank and so it's very convenient to never have to empty it. Right in front of the unit, right as we open the crawl space door, we can immediately see the humidity % lit up One of the best features of this product is how quiet it really is. Because the crawl space can be seen directly behind our headboard in the master bedroom, we know it's there. It does not make a sound if the unit turns on and off. Our ears are not being heard! It would have been impossible to handle this dilemma in the middle of a pandemic without a quiet solution, and we got one! Kesnos, thank you for your kind words. Our backup system has been ordered in case one of our 3 units fails or if any other needs arise. I highly recommend this book.
The water that the little reservoir collects is amazing how much it collects you can attach the hose to empty it consistently if you live on the East Coast. I've been looking for a dehumidifier and this was also recommended by a mold certified professional. I think it's worth the effort!.
In order to determine if I need a dehumidifier after 24 hours of use - I chose this method. The product I purchased was good, but I would recommend purchasing a larger tank capacity of 50 pints that is available if the product is In the instruction manual you will find all the details you need to know. When you open the box you are ready to go. There is no need to worry about the sound because the display on the front has soft lights. A desk fan on medium speed will make the same noise as a desk fan. A drain hose is provided This device is well packaged and assembled, which means only a few steps are required read, plug in, set the humidity level, and let it run. Easy to empty water tank - quickly fills with water and emptying is quick The outside of the cleaning container is smooth since water and vinegar were used. Initially, there is a burnt plastic smell, but it disappears after a few hours. INVEST IN.
Yes, I agree. It is useful for fighting mildew in the Pacific Northwest, which is a huge problem of the wrong type. I can assure you that it was a dark, stormy night (no joke). Air in the region was moist. After dumping out a pint of water in no time at all, I brought another one. This is the quickest way to dry out the air on a sailboat that's 27 feet long. I still need to find a location to place a bigger water catching device, since I don't want it to be removed the wheels from the boat since wheels aren't a good idea for It would have been nice if it had a pump to drain the condensate, but I find that rare on these units Please specify the units of measurement. My guess is that I will hook up something with a bilge pump instead of doing it myself as it would be relatively expensive. It gets a thumbs up, so that's good. There is value in buying this. There are hundreds of them on Amazon, so don't waste your time looking at them. You can get it right here. There was no money involved in writing this article.
In the past it had. Now it does not. The product is great from the start to the end. It works well in drawing out the humidity and I have to empty it continuously! My only reason for not giving it a 5 star is because the container that collects the water is very small, we can only empty it three times a day. During the day, 4x is recommended. The last one we used was also larger, and the collection basin was bigger as well, so there was only one time per day or every other day to empty it. In fact, the larger size was the cause of the poor performance. In contrast, this is a very compact unit, but it is still large enough it has to be set Wheels do exist on this machine. The six-under 1 The following update is for the year 2021 The last summer, we used this, but packed it away for the dry winter. We brought it out again this summer, and it didn't The program runs, but it does not collect any data. It was only operational for one summer, so that will reflect the cost.
