We As soon as the plug was plugged in, a huge bang was heard. There was a loud noise of a fan blade scraping something, followed by silence. I was shocked to discover that this item is not eligible for return when I went to print a return label. My email was sent to the seller in the hopes that they will be able to help me. This is garbage! He never responded to my emails. We do not have a working air conditioner. Buying from this seller will not be worth it. There is no audible difference between the low and medium settings, and a modest increase on the high setting. It was right after 2 weeks or so ago that I opened it, and the sides and corner are damaged. So we decided we would plug it in and if it worked it would be no big deal, but it is super loud, so we are not pleased.
