I had to wait over a month for the issue to be resolved. It was my own fault because I installed it and let it run for 30 hours, only to find that the cooling unit did not work. When I contacted support, I was told that this model is not supported, and only replacements can be made. Remember, this was done while under a horrible heat wave (95+ degree temperatures) that lasted for I gave my information to the call center and it told me it would contact me within five days The business day is counted as one business day. My replacement center sends me an email telling me to email my information. It takes 10 days for the replacement center to reply to my email. It is scheduled to be delivered in seven days by the replacement center I am waiting for ten business days to arrive. I have yet to hear from you. I will update when my replacement arrives since I've experienced so much frustration with this product, I don't recommend it. It would be better to spend your money with another manufacturer, hopefully one with an actual quality control system. I received an email from the sales department after 1 week stating that the product was no longer in stock and I would be sent a prepaid card for a refund, which took 8 additional business days to arrive. After a month of dealing with this, summer is pretty much over, and I haven't had a functional AC for the entire time. I will only buy one Frigidaire product in my lifetime.

The pros are A thermostat in the remote control, an energy efficiency rating of 80 percent or more, cold air within seconds, multiple settings to control where the air goes, how cold it is, when the fan runs and for how long it is on, and The following cons It must be turned on and off to take advantage of the energy-efficient setting - as others have said The car of the future seems to be energy efficient. It is now apparent that it stands out rather than getting lost in There's no reason to worry about the noise, it's fine, certainly not as loud as my last post. Leaving eco mode for more consistency will make your electric bill considerably higher, but it will drastically lessen your overall consumption.
It puts out a cool breeze, but the coils inside continually vibrate. To make a good first impression, I decided to go with something a bit more expensive Generally speaking, this thing is nice, and after having it installed for around 2 weeks now, my only real complaint would be the noise it makes when shaking. I turned it on and soon after the cool air kicked in, it began making this horrible loud vibrating noise. I took off the air filter and began searching around for the cause of the noise. - 2 coils vibrated in opposition, on the left side of the room. There are two other locations (in two separate There is an easy fix for this annoying problem! To quiet the noise, I cracked open some of the black foam that came with the AC and jammed it in between the locations the noise came The new AC is much quieter, and I am happy with it. There is no reason for the issue to be a 4 star because for the price, it shouldn't have been an issue. You should not let this affect the decision to buy this air conditioner, so it shouldn't deter you from buying it. There is an easy fix to stop it from vibrating since it does what it's supposed to do. I believe that it will be quite quiet once it is fixed. I will update this review if any issues arise in the future.
It is extremely noisy for its size. We have a 12,000 btu GE that is much There's actually no denying how loud this thing is. The compressor generates most of the clamor. Outside the house it's actually quieter which I think is ironic. This machine will be in the guest room, but I won't buy another Frigidaire appliance. The recommendation is not to do so.
As long as you use it as a refrigerator, it gets cold and it's cheaper than a freezer.
While I usually would not believe people who claim that an AC is loud, omg this thing is loud (I have a different AC in my room and do not mind AC noises when I sleep) this thing is extremely loud and it does the job, to a certain There are times when the air is cold, and there are times when it is Unlike most other air conditioners, this one doesn't seem to get really cold, but it's still preferable to dealing with the heat outside.
After our ductless units got fried in a power surge, we had to purchase this unit. In the middle of a heat wave, we needed a cooling down. A sliding window was not available that would fit in our bedroom because we have a small window. We are glad we found this, but I wish it wasn't so noisy, on auto setting it is much less annoying whereas in regular cool mode, it is much less annoying. Whenever our units are repaired, we will take this out of storage and bring it back out when we might need it.
