I was hesitant to purchase an air conditioner from an unknown company, but I want to reassure anyone reading this review that Senville provides some of the best customer service I've ever encountered. The first unit I received had some issues, but Senville (Jim and Mike, you guys are fantastic!) quickly resolved them. ) assisted me in getting everything up and running. br>br>Another thing to note about their customer service is that I was never kept on hold for more than a few minutes when I called them. I've tried calling some of the larger corporations, only to be put on hold for more than 45 minutes. Overall, I am very pleased with the unit's performance, but it was the customer service that sealed the deal for me. Senville deserves a pat on the back for his hard work.

The instructions aren't very good. On this hot and humid summer, blowing cool air and sucking humidity out of the air. The best part is that this month's electric bill was reduced by $60.

We purchased the dual head 18000 BTU and had it professionally installed by a highly rated contracting service, with the technician who installed it having 30 years of experience with HVAC installations and service. We are very confident that 100% everything was installed 100% properly. Importantly, the tech also informed us that many of the youtube videos that new techs and DIYers use to install these are incorrect and do not properly purge air from the lines. Unfortunately, only one or both of the heads worked after installation. When it came to dealing with Senville, that's when the fun began. If you buy their product, they assume you're a professional installer. I am not. The units were installed a week ago and are still not operational because I can't get a straight answer from Senville or speak with a technician. They send me an email stating that a technician will contact me, but I never receive a response. Poor customer service; however, if you have HVAC contractor skills, this could be a good fit. If not, the premium you pay a contractor to install a minisplit will be worth it if the warranty is guaranteed. Unless you have a serious set of HVAC skills, I wouldn't risk it with this product.

I purchased a dual system with the lowest BTU available, 9000 per unit. If you buy a similar unit from an hvac contractor, it will cost twice as much because they make the same amount of money on the sale as they do on the installation. Because of this, finding an HVAC company to install units purchased online is extremely difficult; the warranty on a unit purchased online and installed by a licensed HVAC company is only for parts. All in all, the unit was delivered quickly and at a fraction of the cost of a local company. With the exception of evacuating the line sets, which I was unfamiliar with, the installation was relatively straightforward. At the beginning, I had a minor issue, which was quickly resolved by the excellent customer service. For several months, the system has worked flawlessly, and I am a satisfied customer.

Five Senvile units were purchased. They do a fantastic job. It may take some time to figure out how to install the first one, but after that it is relatively simple. They are extremely effective (22zeer - low-cost electricity) and peace and quiet.

It's even better than I had hoped. My 750 square foot home addition is cooled by one unit. Set the thermostat to 62 degrees for the entire month to see how much the electric bill would change. There was only a $50 increase. When this is on, the central air in my main house rarely cycles. This book comes highly recommended. I'll be ordering more to replace my central air conditioner completely.

This is the first time we've installed a mini split system. This package came with two units, two 15-foot line sets, and two 15-foot communication cables that were simple to install but too short for the unit on the second floor. Senville happily exchanged a line set and communication cable for 25' ones after a quick phone call. Furthermore, the condensation lines were not included in the package (we required two, one for each unit), so we purchased them separately on Amazon for $10 each. The only issue we encountered was securing the bracket to the drywall. Because the center bracket was installed in the middle of the wall stud, I needed stronger wall anchors for the bracket's ends than the ones that came with it. br>Connecting wires, line sets, mounting indoor units, and running outdoor lines took about 2 hours after the replacement (longer) lines arrived. My air conditioning technician showed up the next day, and after checking for leaks and connecting the line sets and communication cable, we were up and running. We had no idea the unit was on because it is so quiet! br>Remember to have your AC company fill out your warranty cards after they finish the final hook up and email them to the warranty card's email address. A 7-year warranty is included. not bad! Overall, a fantastic product that is simple to set up. I would have paid at least $4500 to have an HVAC company do what we did in two hours, but I saved more than $2200 by doing it myself. br>Thank you so much to Sam at Senville for all of your help!.
